A fabulous tour visiting Castles, walk to the Fairy pools, love an active tour! Meeting new people. Our guide Robbie gave us plenty of history and tales and fabulous music. Would highly recommend this tour. Plenty of stops along the way for a chance to walk around and see the sites.

We had a fantastic tour with Rabbies on the 4-Day Skye & West Highlands tour. Our guide Kevin was awesome. He is extremely informative with Scottish history and is truely a passionate Scotsman. The accomodation organised by Rabbies was fantastic. We really enjoyed our 4 days exploring this part of Scotland. We had a diverse lot of fellow travellers, who all were good company. We were sad that the tour was only for 4 days and we are now starting the research for our next Rabbies Tour to northern Scotland . You will not be disappointed using this company they are true Scot’s .

The entire itinerary was great! This was my first trip to Scotland, and I hope the first of many. I had spent a wonderful week in Edinburgh ... but to really experience the heart of Scotland, you have to get out of its cities and explore its magical landscapes. If you are short on time this 4 day tour gives you a fantastic taste of the Highlands and Skye. I am glad I chose the 4 day tour over the 3 day tour because it gave me more time on Skye, a place that I have wanted to visit for years. Chris our guide, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and an excellent storyteller! I appreciated all of the places we stopped at and the mini-hikes we went on exploring the countryside. The bus was very comfortable. Recommendations for places to eat were great. A truly magical experience

This tour was incredible! We got to see just about every big stop through the isle of Skye and Highlands and our tour guide Duncan (Big Dunc) was so knowledgeable about all things Scotland, it really made our trip top notch. The bus was comfortable and we enjoyed having a smaller group it made for easy stops and not a lot of waiting around for others to move on.

I may have had some idea about what the tour was going to be like, but I didn’t know that it would be this memorable and fun. Kenny was our guide and although he tried to downplay how awesome of a tour guide he was, I immediately realized that he was pretty legit and certainly checked everyone’s wishlist. From the mountains to lochs up to castles and petting a hairy coo.. Kenny was able to accommodate what everyone wanted to see. I appreciate his patience, his ability to multi-task (drive, guide, and answer questions), and his willingness to listen. Thank you Kenny for taking care of our group!! My friend and I chose a 4 day tour so we wouldn’t feel rushed going up to the Isle of the Skye and West Highlands. We had a lot of photo opportunities and were given ample time to explore. I personally liked being in a small group tour (16 people) because there was less noise and crowd. We got our own accommodations thru airbnb and provided the addresses when we booked the tour. We got lucky with where we stayed because it was either near the hotels Rabbie’s provided the other tourists or previous Rabbie’s tourists have stayed with them. I felt very safe during the entire tour and never once did I doubt if we made the right choice. Thank you Rabbie’s for these experiences I will look back on for the rest of my life. We will see you again soon!

Our four day/ three night Isle of Skye tour out of Edinburgh was great fun, albeit one with a couple issues. Our guide, Duncan Martin, was superb; just the right mix of informative and entertaining. I peppered him with questions and he had ready answers to all, mixed with sly humor, atrocious puns and good music. The scenery was stunning, Due to a ferry closure, Duncan had to improvise, but made sure we had plenty to see. The coach was very comfortable and Duncan made sure, in an inoffensive way, that we stayed on time. So, the guide, the coach and the sights all rate 5’s. Why only a 4? Apparently, a lot of restaurants and B&B’s shut down in late October, the end of the tourist season. They also have staffing issues. The result is that our fifteen passengers were scattered among several accommodations, and restaurants were few and far between. I won’t speak for the others, but one place we stayed had an only enough room for our bed: there was no rom to maneuver past my wife, and we both are small people. The food was OK, but reservations were recommended and sometimes necessary as there were few options available.

The Rabbies Tour & Tour Guide were outstanding. Lodging in Kyleakin was unacceptable. The Winklebeech B&B did not have any hot water. Merchant refuses to make amends. Buyer beware of lodging.

Jim Divine is the best tour guide I can recommend to anyone if they would like a tour of Scotland. He is very personable, has many stories to tell, funny and educational. He is the best, period. He made our 20th anniversary trip unforgettable. The trip itself is amazing, so many breathtaking sights to see, so many friendly people, it is a must do for anyone that has Scotland on their bucket list
