Philadelphia is a gem!! First time and I loved it. It was so interesting to walk through the oldest street in Philadelphia the Elfreths' Alley. The rich history of the city: the Liberty Bell, the Constitution square and Congress Hall. etc. The Rocky steps!! I ran through the stairs as well :). And we had the experience of riding the Amish buggy and learn from them how they do things and live!! The best place ever!! Niagara Falls is just amazing God's Glory WOW, and we had a rainbow in the middle of the midst!! Washington is always interesting and impressive, so much history and memorials!

I think that they could have found a better alternative for the second day. It was a long stop at a shopping outlet. Even my friends that like to shop at these, thought it was wasted time. We could have seen more historical areas, or stopped to shop in an old town. Anything but a shopping outlet. The plus side was that it started snowing lightly, which was fun for the foreigners who had never seen snow. A few tips for anyone considering this trip. First, it was very good. We ran into an issue when we booked three people on each reservation (two reservations) for a total of six people on two reservations. Two of the people traveling did not have access to a passport, so they did not cross over into Canada. That left us without a room. The website said we would return to the USA but they had us stay in Canada. Four people can't stay in a room there. Anyway, we had to pay out of pocket for a room because Viator would not make it right. So be careful. Book every two people a reservation. They really have a lot on the agenda, so be ready to walk a lot. I enjoyed it but it was a little hard for some. Other than that it was good.

On 1st day i was overwhelmed coz as first time traveler i have no experience the tour guide asked for physical passport so i did not go to Canada. On 2nd day instructions by tour guide to put my luggages on the lobby i did but they were not being transferred to the bus luggage compartment. When we checked in at Fairfield Alexandria, Virginia i had to buy clothes and toiletries because i have sensitive skin for the following day trip.

The departure on June 2nd was at 6h30 but we leave at 8h or more, a big delay. It was very very very desorganized, it was a big group and the guide to Niagara couldn't handle the situation with those passengers that are delayed everytime we have a bus stop No wi fi on the bus at all The hotels were too far from the cities there's are in no man's land.... A positive thing was the guide in Filadélfia and Washington a truly professional guide

The first 2 days of the trip were great Jonathan was a fabulous tour guide. He explained everything from the time we got on the bus including where we were going where to go to the bathroom etc. There were 3 different languages spoke on the bus and there was not a problem I could not ask for a better guide and he was the guide I would take this trip again. We were with him for 2 days and I can't say enough about how he is he should be a trainer for the other People. Starting day 3 we met up with Bruno with the ponytail The trip could not have been worse there was never any explanations as to where anything was 95% up the language Was in Spanish I took the trip with my 2:00 teenage granddaughters to give them a lesson abound history in our country .There were several things I did not like first of all Bruno is not from this country or does not care about this country he spoke to my granddaughters about well I don't think you'll like this trip it's all about history and he spoke in a negative to way when I was not around .I made a point to tell him that my granddaughter's parents were a firefighter and military thinking that maybe he would at least respect our country no even after that who was a joke about all the dead People at Arlington . Myself and other People that were English speaking granite there was not as many as there was Spanish did not even understand when he said where the bathroom was because all of that was in Spanish so we just sit there looking like we had no idea what to do .He made negative comments thinking it was a joke about the Arlington memorial the most important thing in Washington DC was poor Forrest Gump Matt Jenny if someone is taking a trip to see Washington DC and to learn about the history of the United States then Bruno is not the one to go with if you do not speak Spanish Bruno is not the one to go with unless you want to go on a trip that is all a joke and is all fun and games Bruno is not the one to go with . I'm thinking that maybe these two guys were working for different companies because there were nowhere near uh like as far as tours go. Jonathan was fabulous Was trained and was very professional. Bruno on the other hand was a poor excuse unless you're on a party bus. Because I spent over $2000 to do this trip and was very disappointed I will NEVER do this trip again. I feel bad because I really enjoyed the first 2 days everything depends on the tour guide that you have and hopefully this will be taken into account and more training can be done to ensure that People gone to certain places and paying good money will get what they paid for . I don't know if this was the fault of Viator or if it was Empire Tours the name of the company that I took. please be aware.

The tour guides were very courteous and full of knowledgeable of fun-filled facts. Would’ve preferred to not had extended stopovers at Seneca Falls and the Outlet Shopping Mall. The hiking tour at Seneca Falls was unorganized - no warning that we were going on a hiking trip. People were not physically fit or had the wrong pair of shoes on. The hotel accommodations were 2-3 star. Didn’t enjoy the transition from first bus to another bus with another set of tour guides. The busses were clean and the bus drivers were skilled drivers as well as helpful and friendly. Wish we had inside tours of Congress and/or the White House. Overall, the tours enabled us to enjoy the sites without the big crowds.
