Itinerary
Guest will drive up to our location and check-in at our Visitor Center. Next, a staff member will call the group together and go over a brief orientation. Once done, the staff member will walk the tour a short distance to the gear-up area. There, the tour will meet their guide, go over a brief safety orientation, get into their gear and load up into vans. Our drivers will then take the guests to the top of our property where they will go over a final safety speech and then proceed down our 9-Line guided course. The final line ends at the Visitor Center where the guest checked in. This tour can take 2-2.5 hours depending on the size of the group and the weather.

A fabulous way to experience the beauty of the Big Island! Waterfalls and sea views at the same time! The guides were top-notch: reassuring to those who were nervous and very engaging with all guests. Mai Tai (I remember his real name but have no idea how to spell it) did a great job leading this crew. If you're spending time near Hilo, this is definitely worth a couple of hours.

A fun set of zip lines with incredible views. The guides were so friendly and funny, and awesome with my kids, one of whom was very nervous. A must-do on the big island!

I would like to give five stars to all of the zip line instructors, that we had for the day at 10 am on 5/16/ 24 A great group of guys that seem to work hard and do their job very well. Safety seem to be the utmost concern to them excellent communication skills .For people that have not thanks to the Umauma Experience team I would highly recommend an amazing place to

Awesome experience that was worth every penny. The zip line crew were awesome, fun, helpful and very friendly and they made sure you were comfortable and very secure. They literally do all the work all you have to do is enjoy the ride. At check in the gentleman was soooo friendly and helpful in what type of equipment to use for my GoPro to get the best shots and let me borrow his GoPro stick. Food there was great and the view of the waterfalls was amazing while we ate. They have so many other fun experiences at this huge what looks like a ranch area so I highly recommend going cause we will visit here again to do other things

We had a great time zipping over the river and valley below. The crew was very friendly and helpful. Go early to check out the property. They also offer horse rides and ATV tours. We just did the zipline but the other activities look fun too.

Staff made it easy and they were polite. I had never done zip lining before and was a little nervous about it. But, it’s really very simple; you just step off the platform and decide for yourself if you want to sit and enjoy the ride or turn upside down. You aren’t required to do anything gravity does all the work and the staff pull you onto the platform.

Great zipping, beautiful area, great guides. MaiTai, Avery, Mako and Yungy all total pros, friendly, funny, helpful. Good tips on cool places to check out in Hilo. The UmaUma campus is beautiful just to walk through, but zipping through it was great.

Such a great experience. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was so nice. We loved it. Easy to find. Ended the visit with a Dole Softserve!

This was a fu$#@in amazing experience, highly recommended for everyone. We had older people (over 40), people in the 30s-40s range, people with family that have younger children. We had a group of 19 group, and it was wonderful!
