Visit: St. Paul's Chapel, 209 Broadway b/t Fulton Street & Vesey Street, New York City, NY 10007-2977

We will start the tour at St. Paul's Chapel, New York City’s oldest public building still in continuous use. Just one block away from the 9/11 attacks, it miraculously survived the falling building and debris. St. Paul’s Chapel served as a makeshift rescue center during the aftermath. Its iron fence became a bulletin board where family members posted notices of their missing loved ones. Today, with the mementos received from people around the world supporting New York City, the church serves as both a landmark and a tribute.

Jaclyn was one of the best tour guides we have ever had. There is no question she loves her job! She spoke clearly and was very articulate with her words — making it much easier for my mom who is 81 to hear and understand. We did a private tour with her and it was well worth the price.

We toured with Jim Quinn, he gave such inspiring insights from the events of 9/11. His powerful storytelling made us feel like we were actually there on that horrific day. It brought tears to my eyes and I thank Jim for the incredible learning opportunity he provided. I will recommend Jim Quinn as a tour guide over and over again. I would give him 6 out of 5 stars if possible.

A respectful, informative and moving tour. Jim Q lived a few blocks away and watched the towers fall from his window. The personal nature of the tour was what made it so powerful. Thank you Jim, but I’m in bits

Your system billed me TWICE for the same tour, same day, and same time. I reached out twice to get a refund for the double billing AND also emailed a copy of both billings and you STILL would not give me a refund. You ripped me off and it’s very sad to do this to visitors of NY.

Although this is a heart wrenching tour, it is so worth doing. Our tour guide, David Fine did an excellent job of telling the story of 9/11 and his own personal connection to it. A lot of details would be missed if you walked around the memorial site without a guide. The museum was well thought out, with lots to see, you need more time than you think to really appreciate it. Such an enormous tradgedy that it was overwhelming at times, but would not have missed it.

The tour guide told to many personal stories. His opinion. Where he was. 911 was a terrible tragedy for our country. Sticking to more facts would have been better.
