Ricardo was knowledgeable, friendly, fun to watch, and did not rush anything but kept the tour moving at an efficient pace. He is an asset to your tour company.

The guide was very knowledgable. Riccardo was super smart and funny. Of a matter of fact, I don’t think there was anything he didn’t know. We were hoping to see more with the time available. Also we didn’t believe the hologram projection was worth the extra money.

The tour was a history tour and not the ghost tour that was in the description. It was an adult only tour which was fine but the amount of profanity from the tour guide was so bad we made a game out of it.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. We met at the arch at Armstrong Park that was really easy to find. We were divided into groups and given different color armbands. Claire was our guide and she gave a lot of great historical information through the entire tour regarding Voodoo, Marie Laveau, "vampires" of NOLA, and more. While I do not believe in ghosts/paranormal, I found the rest of the information to be quite interesting. The tour lasted about 1.5 hours with a short break in the middle to use the restroom at a bar.
Cons: -10mins for many people to use the restroom in crowded bars is not quite enough.
-There were a few times during the tour that we were just walking...and...walking, for a
while before we reached our destination. I know that that can't always be helped but
it was noticeable.

Had a great tour with the Professor. He was entertaining and humorous and full of historical knowledge. Despite it pouring with heavy rain, including thunder and lightning, the Professor kept the tour spirits high with his witty stories of Marie Laveau and LaLaurie Mansion to name a couple.
