We still can’t believe how fast we made it through the airport, got our luggage and were in our taxi in no time! We owe it all to our Fast Track representative ❤️. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Waiting in a long line to get through Customs is not what i paid for so that we wouldn’t have to wait. The line for regular customers went faster than the fast pass line. A complete waste of money.

May have been worth the money if airport was crowded. People in normal line went through same speed beginning to end. Sunday afternoon apparently not big arrival day/time. I thought they would assist with luggage as well, but no help there.

Complete WASTE OF MONEY! The description says an agent is supposed to take you through customs and to your luggage. The only agent we saw took our name, slapped a wristband on us and sent us to line that move 5 times slower that the regular line. The only thing fast about this was how fast they took my money for NOTHING.

We arrived on Friday, April 12th at 1pm...ish, 2 flights had arrived from New York, the line was long. The folks from Fast Pass met us as we walked into the airport. We were immediately guided to customs, we then picked up our luggage at the carousel, and another person from the Fast Pass team brought us through the airport and right outside to where our car rental was waiting. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, which was awesome. I would highly recommend this service.

What a compete waste of money!! There were people in line that didn’t buy the Fast Pass and they got through customs way ahead of us! We paid all that money for nothing. The airport had 8 customs booths open for regular people and only 1 for us. Ridiculous! Never again.

Representative was just inside the arrival and had our travel details. She placed an armband on our wrist and escorted us to the Fast Pass line.
Took roughly 5 minutes to clear customs and immigration. Had to wait roughly 15 minutes for our bags then escorted immediately to our rental car provider.
Excellent service and highly recommend!

This was our second time using the service. Was amazing the first time - this time, our line was slower than the main line felt like a waste of money.
The car took another 15 min or so to wait for. Driver was nice. But the whole experience was slow.

We arrived at the airport and were greeted at the door as described. We were walked 20 feet to the passport check line and abandoned. We had to navigate our baggage pick up, the airport, and taxi service on our own. Others that deplaned after us, who did not have fast pass, cleared the passport check, baggage, and taxi faster and arrived at our resort prior to us. Most definitely a disappointment, certainly a waste of money.

Very seamless experience. Saw a rep with a SKYPASS shirt as soon as we walked in. She gave us wristbands and we went through immigration in a few minutes. My only caution is that if you have checked a bag, you can end up waiting for it (like we did) for a long time so it didn’t save us anything in the long run. However, if you only have a carry on this is a must do!
