• The buses are located in only 1 minute walk from the arrivals hall. You can walk directly to the bus with your proof of purchase where your bus driver is waiting for you. No need to print out the voucher.
• Hotel Connection is operated by SmartBus.
• The bus drives from Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik Terminal, located in Skogarhlid 10, 105 Reykjavik, it takes about 45 minutes.
• At Reykjavik Terminal you will change to a green SmartBus that will take you to your accommodation or nearest bus stop in the City.
• You do need to pre book your bus ticket in order to have a guaranteed seat on the bus. We are open 24/7.

This was a great way to save some money in getting from Keflavik to Reykjavik. I was able to change my time when we arrived to depart earlier by checking with the desk in the airport arrival area. Ride was comfortable and drop off was very close to our hotel. Super easy.

Very easy to find once you arrive.Their office is just outside arrivals and the buses few meters outside airport.The only thing is that they take you to the central bus station and change to a smaller mini bus in order to get into the hotel.

We booked with this company because they offered a hotel drop off in addition to getting to Reykjavik’s bus station. We found them easily at the airport. As Icelandair had canceled our flight we actually arrived a day later and they reissued our tickets with no additional charge. Great customer service! No issues with the transfer and drop off.

We had an experienced driver who knew the roads well, felt safe and comfortable. The bus was on time, and had a quick shuttle service ready to take us to our specific location. We would use this service again.

Clean, timely, and easy to book! I came back to Iceland before heading back to the US and re booked a roundtrip bus with them! Def don’t book a private car or taxi, this was comfortable and offered you a chance to relax on the ride to Reykjavík!
