• Taking the transfer from Reykjavik your hotel pick up starts 30 minutes before scheduled departure time. Please be ready outside your accommodation or at your nearest bus stop 30 minutes before scheduled departure from Reykjavik Terminal with a proof of purchase.
• Hotel Connection is operated by SmartBus and starts 30 minutes before departure time from Reykjavik Terminal, located at Skogarhlid 10, 105 Reykjavik.
• At Reykjavik Terminal you will change to Airport Direct orange bus that will take you direct to Keflavik Airport, the transfer takes about 45 minutes.
• You do need to pre book your bus ticket in order to have a guaranteed seat on the bus. We are open 24/7.

Pickup Details
Pick-up is available at all Reykjavik hotels, hostels, and guesthouses if possible, or from the closest pick-up point in case of traffic limitations. Please note that pick-up at a private house/apartment is not available. Ask your hotel receptionist if the hotel qualifies for pick-up or for the closest pick-up point. Please be ready in the lobby of your hotel or outside your other accommodation 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Taking the transfer from Reykjavik our all green SmartBus will pick you up from your hotel or guesthouse. However, if you are staying in the restricted area in the centre of Reykjavík city you will be picked up at your designated bus stop.
Please be ready at your pick up location 30 minutes before your departure time.

Pick up was exactly on-time from our designated bus stop to the bus depot and off to the airport. Driver was polite and helped us with our luggage. This was the perfect way to get to airport as we just did day trips from Reykjavik. We changed our departure time at the last minute and communication was great.

It is easy to navigate. Just wish not so many bus changes with all the luggage to manage.
It might be nice if drivers had a little more commentary along the way about Iceland landscape and culture.

Absolutely excellent service, we actually used this service July 2022 (wouldn’t let me pick that option) but we would highly recommend this company. We felt very safe and simple directions of where to get off on time. 10/10!❤️

My overall experience with the airport transfer service was great! Was concerned about the negative comments at first but also thanks to all the comments I learned about the difference between pick up time and scheduled time especially when buying the service via a 3rd party side.
As I just broke my ankle, I needed assistance. Thomas who picked up/ sent me to the KEF airport was so helpful, assisted me with handling my luggage, getting off the car and into the airport. Cherry on top: Thomas also pointed out live volcano on the way the airport, it's amazing to see it even from a distance. I am really grateful for him.

Not helpful my personal experience I left my bag @hotel there is no help from the company I end up paying 20000 krone for this hire taxi and I lost £ £££ s for a less than mile in this country every one mouth big depend how much you can feed never satisfied

You need to keep in mind that this tour leaves a half hour early or they will leave you. We got not confirmation email or text to say where they were picking us up, they didn’t answer the messages I left them on Viator. It was frustrating. Other than that they got us to the airport.
