We will be standing outside the main exit of the airport while holding a sign with the guest's name on it. Our guest satisfaction and safety is our main concern.
We will professionally escort the guest to the vehicle, and transport them to their hotel or destination of choice with a touch of class and comfort.
The guest will be placed in a very relaxed and safe atmosphere that will give them the assurance they are in great hands, and they wouldn't have anything to worry about.

Pick up
At the airport was great and on time . On the way back from hotel to the airport driver was 55 min late off scheduled pick up time which was unacceptable. Better just to grab taxi next time .

Once the driver arrived it was smooth sailing but we had to wait for 45 mins. After 3 phone calls to the company we were told we were in the wrong place by the driver when he finally walked over. We have 2 more pick ups scheduled and wehope to have a better experience .

Viator did excellent on our arrival to the Saint Martin airport for our vacation.
Then they provided exceptional drive from the hotel to the airport. Two very nice ladies met us at the hotel lobby at exact time and drove us to our flight.
Ladies were very friendly and showed the great hospitality. We learned a lot of very interesting things from them about life on the island. Well will be back!

Upon my arrival The transportation person guides me to the vehicle to transport me to the hotel … when we arrived the person was expected me to pay her after me paying and booking on the website. She argued with me and demanded I pay her since she was the taxi. It wasn’t until I called the lady with the side with my name at the airport did she agreed I didn’t owe her money .. I canceled the transportation on the way back and rather take a taxi. I paid a high amount to be transported in a taxi anyway when the taxi is only $10 . I was highly upset .. NEVER AGAIN!
