Worth every penny! My husband and I used this VIP service and our hostess was Wesley Henderson, she is fabulous! We skipped the lines, which would have taken 3 hours! Got through in 30 minutes!

If I could rate a zero I would. Called 3-4 times to CONFIRM that is there a lounge that we can enjoy during arrival because we are traveling far and wanted to wait for friends before their arrival. Multiple times they said “yes you can enjoy the lounge” SO I BOOKED it. I dont even care about the lines. And when going to the office says Oh VIATOR IS THIRD PARTY. So? Then dont partner if you guys dont give right information or communicate. I have wasted $290 for nothing. Skipping Lines? Not needed to be honest. But make your information right. You guys are scamming people.

Perfect! It’s nice to have someone to help with arrival when you have a big party. Arrivals can be easy and you really don’t need the service but if arrival is busy you’ll be glad you had them. I will book this service 100% of the time

I used First Class Experience Aruba for the first time this year. It was absolutely wonderful and worth every penny! I was met at the check-in line as soon as I arrived at the airport by the most wonderful, kind, friendly, accommodating woman named Jely. Jely made the process quick, smooth and extremely comfortable. I was taken through every checkpoint swiftly right to my gate. Anyone leaving aruba knows the long lines and several inspection points that you go through to leave the country which is very time consuming. This service is absolutely outstanding! Will definitely use every year!! Thank you First Class Experience Aruba and mostly thank you thank you Jely - you were a joy!

Expedited the start of our vacation. We got through customs and received our luggage in roughly 20 minutes. The guide was friendly and met us with a name sign right off the plane. Will use on the departure as well !!

This service was excellent. We used it on arrival and leaving, and the car service to and from hotel. Each part went very smoothly. We were met right off the jetway with someone with our name on a sign, and walked through immigration to a waiting car. Coming back, even better experience if that was possible: timely hotel pick-up and a breeze through the several long lines at the Aruba airport. We would use again.

You would think money could not buy the service First Class Aruba provides. Well, it can and it will be the best money you spend during your holiday here. The Aruba airport is a legendary horror show during High Season. Recommended time for a departure: 3 to 4 hours for the 7 steps to get you to the gate. First Class Aruba time for entry to gate: 45 minutes. Our escort, Michelangelo, was amazing. Like his namesake.

Booked this service way in advance of arrival. 1st Class Aruba DID NOT show up. More importantly. More importantly, they FAILED to call, text, or EMail to notify us they weren't showing up. But with new (US passengers) arrival procedures, it is a service that isn't needed. Once you process in through customs, you're outside the airport, awaiting pickup. Save your money....
