An amazing breathtaking experience what an outstanding memorial i feel so privileged to have visited the site and seen all the fallen names around ground zero footprint and the tree that never got damaged ♥️ there are loads of guards around the area making sure the peace is restored Very peaceful setting Guarded tree from the day of 9/11 which i didn’t know about just fascinating. Defiantly worth a visit to pay your respects

Tim was so personable and full of knowledge, anecdotes, and illustrations of before and after. The walking pace was perfect for us 70 year olds. We could hear everything he said. We were taken to places we had never seen or heard of before. Our favorite example of this was the memorial in the American Express lobby. He also made sure we entered thru an express lane to the 9/11 museum at the end of our tour.

the best tour in my life !! waouh !! TIM is the best !! Tim is very friendly, his turn is very documented. The 9/11 visit is very emotional. He takes us to several places which each take us back to each highlight of this terrible day. We learned and felt a lot with Tim It's very interesting to take this tour before going to visit the museum

I did not feel the emotional bond to such a tragic event as I thought I would. She had good information, but I guess I just wanted to feel the absolute sorrow I felt that day. The museum was good, and I did appreciate the guide bringing us to a quicker way into the museum than through the long lines.

I have wanted to visit the 9/11 site for many years and this was the main focus of my trip to NY. I wanted the whole experience and that's what I got. Our guide Paul was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, engaging and fun. He took the group to the ideal locations and gave us relevant, interesting information about the areas. The tour lasted about 1hr 40 mins and it really set the scene for the day. At the end of the tour Paul got us into the museum without having to queue. The museum was a stunning experience with exhibits from the scene and every bit of information available about the incident. The observation deck is also a must. The elevator speeds to the top in under a minute and the views are incredible. It's all enclosed unlike some high rose viewing platforms but it's the only one in lower Manhattan so offers better southern views and there is lots of space to move around. One frustration is that the cafe offers no seating. This is rather cynically done to entice visitors into the more expensive restaurant. On the whole, a visit to NY is incomplete without going to the World Trade Centre and I wholeheartedly recommend this option to get the full experience.

Our guide was Tim Douglas and he was excellent. The whole tour had both my wife and I enthralled throughout! Tim was professional, informative and entertaining throughout. His knowledge about the people and events of 911 was impeccable. We have done many tours over the years but in our opinion Tim was the best guide yet, by a country mile!
