This company is the worst, had the worst experience EVER!!
The ride was a rip-off for what I paid. The ride was so short.
I ALSO did a job for the company. I installed a new aircon, and they REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE NEW AIRCON AND THE INSTALLATION!!
I walked into the office to get paid and the manager shamelessly laughed in my face and said they were not going to pay for my service.
If this is how they treat staff I can't even imagine how they treat their customers.

This was a perfect tour to round off a day at the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the booking process was easy. They were even very accommodating when I wanted to change the booking time at the last minute. The tour guide was bubbly and fun and the tour was just the right length. The highlight was the fact that they gave all the children a chance to 'drive' the aquaduck once it was in the water. That's such a lovely memory for our little one!

Extremely disappointed with Aquaduck Gold Coast. Despite being just a few minutes late and only a street away, they left us behind without any prior notification. When we asked for alternatives, the staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service and lack of empathy towards customers' situations. Will not be returning.

Was light and lovely and a nice way to see a bit of the Gold coast. Highly recommended. I think it's even a bigger hit with kids

We were on the Gold Coast for 3 days and this was a quirky alternative to a sightseeing bus. Only covered a small part of what is a huge area but good to get a flavour of the place. Duck was ponderous on the street but just like a boat on the water. Quite expensive and glad we got a rebate owing to previous Viator trips.

Great for a 4 year old. He got to drive when in boat mode, and was thrilled to receive a certificate at the end. Naomi and Azza kept us entertained with ridiculous dad jokes which were right up my alley. Reckon it was a little hard to hear the commentary at times from up the back which would be the only constructive feedback. Well worth it and we even purchased a duck plush toy which we have named Naomi, on her suggestion :)
