Very pleasant, smooth experience. Juan Carlos was at the baggage claim area waiting for us and quickly loaded out suitcase and delivered us to our Hotel on time.

Our driver arrived 15 minutes early was extremely pleasant, professional and carried on a conversation with us all. He even went into the airport and got us 2 carts for our luggage. It was a real pleasure to have a driver that cared enough to go the extra step to ensure we were all comfortable, and handled our luggage with ease. I would highly recommend this driver and hope that viator gives this driver a raise. We did give him a nice tip and thanked him for his kindess.

The driver was on time and an excellent driver in addition the car was very clean and comfortable. The driver was very friendly and we enjoyed our visit with him. We will use this service again when we are in Barcelona next time.
