Dear Management, We are very upset that our host Tatiana forgot to pick us up while picking up other guests from the same hotel near 8:00am. My wife and I were waiting outside at 7:58am. I texted and phoned Tatiana after 8:15am to pick us up. We waited over 40 minutes. All the other guests after us, were picked up 1-2 hours late. They were also very upset. Some cancelled the excursion. The actual tour didn’t start until after 10:00am. Communication wasn’t clear and direct from Tatiana for most of the drive. The driver was excellent. The walking tour was informative. However, we will not recommend this tour. We are disappointed for being forgotten and picked up 40 minutes late after confirming the pickup time and hotel location on yesterday. As a concession, please refund the purchase price of this excursion. Apply the credit to my credit card used to purchase this excursion. Thank you, Ronald Smart

We booked this tour round the highlights of Barcelona including Gaudi’s amazing Sagrada Familia and his other main City attraction the quirky Park Guell along with a walking tour of the Gothic quarter and many other areas of the City including the many attractions and views on Parc Montjuic. It was a perfect start to a short break and was made even more enjoyable by our organised, knowledgeable but fun guide Marlon. It was a great idea to tick off our not to be missed sights before we explored further.

It was a very interesting and complete view of the city. Thanks to David we manage to visit all the important places in Barcelona in a single day. We took care of us and explained everything he could. It is a trip that requires a lot of walking but not too intense as we did have frequent stops.
