Absolutely wonderful experience, loved the live music. Perfectly timed to end right as the Eiffel Tower lit up with its sparkling lights. Great service. Decent food. A+ experience.

This is a lovely way to spend an evening in Paris. We loved the cruise and the food was delicious. The singer that they had on board was amazing and really got the crowd excited.

The food was the most amazing delicacy I’ve had here in Paris. Everything was a 5 star from the views to the service. Not a bad seat in the house. Ismal was the best server.

My most memorable part of the evening was seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkling from the boat. The food was delicious and the service from Cisse and Mamadou was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our trip fabulous.

It was my birthday and they made it special with dessert and a sparkler and they all sang happy birthday! Then the professional photographer took pictures, so it was a perfect night!

An amazing experience, but the water level of the Siene River was too high on the date of our dinner cruise, and we were unable to follow the typical cruise itinerary through Paris. The company did not offer any discount or compensation for this unannounced itinerary change.
A diner in my group also has a dietary concern that was relayed to the company when booking, and a follow up email was sent to confirm. Instead of a confirmation of this, we received multiple emails attempting to upcharge us by adding different packages to our cruise, none of which took into account the dietary restriction.
Inevitably they did accommodate our dietary needs and we had a great experience on board. My only complaint would be in how the customer service department did not inform us of the itinerary change, and how they left us feeling anxious that a diner would not be able to eat.

My wife's 50th birthday and what a night to remember, this was a 5* trip with the food to match.
We opted for the privilege service which meant window seat and a certain amount of drink including champagne and some fine tasting wines.
Our waiter was constantly keeping our glasses topped up from the moment we were sat at our table until when we docked.
The food was all very well presented and of very good quality as well.
There was a singer on board too and she really made the evening very special as she would walk up and down the boat and spend time at the tables singing to you.
We loved this trip and will definitely go on it again when we return. Thank you so much for a fabulous evening
