Itinerary
The experience begins with a warm welcome from your chocolate makers and a delicious cup of hot chocolate when the weather is not too hot. During warm sunny days, of course hot chocolate is replaced by a fresh homemade lemonade.
If you have opt5ed for the VIP upgrade, you'll be welcomed with a glass of Champagne at our booking desk and we will offer you a gorgeous embroidered apron with our logo.
While you drink, listen to a short but fascinating introduction into the world of Belgian chocolate and learn an array of chocolate making secrets.
After the intro, the real fun begins with a demonstration of chocolate tempering on a marble table. It’s then time to have a go yourself and make your own chocolate treats with the help of expert chocolatiers. Spend the hour making your very own personalized and tasty mendiants, truffles and chocolate bars. We only use cacao from our plantations located in Philippines, Congo and Haiti. 100% no deforestation and traceable. No child work. Premiums paid to farmers.
At the end of the experience, package up your chocolates and take them home with you to share with friends, or enjoy alone!

The instructor was very informative and funny. We made three different kinds of chocolate to take home and tried about five kinds of chocolate during the class. We loved the chocolate and the class. Would recommend.

This was a unique experience! You get to taste different chocolates and make your own to take with you. It wasn’t what we fully anticipated but it was worth the time. We enjoyed it!

The chocolate was great. I enjoyed tasting the different types of chocolate. I wish we learned how to actually make the chocolate vs pouring into a mold and adding different toppings.

It was so much fun! We made delicious chocolates and learned a great deal about the chocolate making process. It was a good mix of history and actually getting our hands dirty or should I say "chocolaty"!

The chocolate making was fine. We enjoyed the idea of making our own chocolate in one of the chocolate meccas of the world. There are some areas of organization that would have made the experience more enjoyable. We were welcomed into a room that had 8 stations prepped. We were told we could stand next to a station in pairs. The small room filled with 32 people at which point, it seemed as if there would be 4 people per station. Someone began checking people in at random and started sending people to another room for a second class. As the class began, my husband and I were rudely displaced from the station we had chosen because there was a group that wanted to work next to one another. It would have been nice to have been asked. The instructor simply told one group to start working at our station and we were left wondering where to go. No guidance or courtesy.
While the experience was enjoyable, the execution could have and should have been more organized and courteous. Also, there was not option of making milk or white chocolate.
