We provide the skip the line tickets, so walk right past the long queue and go right on inside. During November through March, St. Mark’s Basilica does not offer skip the line entry because lines are generally non-existent.

As you explore the Doge’s Palace, you’ll hear about the wild ways of the Venetian Republic under the rule of elected magistrates. This tour not only showcases the interior of this ornate palace, but also goes in depth about the crime and legal system that was once in place in the city of Venice. Admire classic works of Venetian art and visit Doge’s Palace’s main sights, such as the Grand Staircase and the Bridge of Sighs.

After your visit to St Marks and the Doges Palace conclude, it’s time to partake in that quintessential Venice activity. That’s right, step right up to your gondola boat! Left in the care of a trusted gondolier, enjoy the beauty of Venice from the water. Fun fact: in the Venetian dialect, “gondolier” translates into “rowing master”.

We booked the 9:00am package deal because we were able to utilize our time more effectively. The tour guide and tour coordinators were very efficient in getting us ready for the tour.

Informed guide.. very informative... no issues upon arrival. A photo of meeting place would help but description of meeting point was adequate.

Great tour guide very knowledgeable and passionate about telling us about the history of Venice. Make sure your photo device has plenty of power because you will be taking tons of photos

Guide was clearly knowledgeable but it was pricey for what it was. We spent alot of time at the palace in essentially 4 rooms, about 15 mins at cathedral and then a quick gondola ride

We had a great time on this tour. The guide Marco was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the points of interest in an interesting way. The Gondola ride was amazing and took us far further than we expected!

Marco was excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable but also accessible! I would highly recommend if you have a short time in Venice. Learned a lot in a short amount of time.

Excellent guide and tour of the palace and basilica. Very informative and interesting. The gondola ride did not add anything to the experience however and was probably not needed

One of the most frustrating & embarrassing experiences of our entire trip! After hunting for the poorly described meeting point, we arrived on time to be told by the Roman Guy Staff that we had the wrong date! Even asking for Viator to verify that we had the correct date did nothing to convince the Roman Guy staff that they were wrong and we had a valid booking. All the while their representative was calling my cell phone looking for us while we were standing in front of them! Disorganized beyond belief and the long queue for the gondola ride confirmed to us that this group does NOT prioritize customer service.
