The fact the tour was curtailed due to the Police Convention, which we not notified of. I am sure the normal tour is good but on this occasion we were quite disappointed and thought it was poor value.

Awesome experience and Jamar helped solve our ticket problem very quickly. He was very helpful and we were able to split up our tickets. This was helpful because in a group of four it allowed us to all see what we wanted to see.

1) Traffic in DC is annoying no matter what vehicle you're on. 2) The taped tourist info given on the bus was minimal and had dumb music in between information bits. 3) The schedule was unpredictable (again - traffic) and no sure if the driver got us as close to the MLK statue as it could have.

Beverley at the sales desk was awesome, very personable and knowledgeable. I do miss the driver narration, the pre-recording made me sleepy.

It was nice to be able to hop off the bus to sightsee, then hop back on. But, many times, the bus was very crowded when hopping back on. Also, when we first arrived in Wash, D.C., it was difficult to find the bus stops. Once we learned where they were, it was much easier. The signs for the bus stops could have maybe been bigger and more visible.

This is a recorded tour with ear buds provided. That's OK if you are only going once-around, but annoying if backtracking. The recording is English-only with attempts at humor and filling time instead of information which I would have preferred. Photos of stops on the app are close-ups that do not give street numbers or cross streets to help get your bearings. Several stops were congested with food and souvenir trucks. It isn't fun to have the bus drive by after waiting in 80 degree plus heat. The instructions from and to the closest Metro stop to the start location are confusing as are signs within the Metro itself. I found kindly security folks within the building who helped me getting out and going in. The staff at the starting point were extremely helpful. Thank you Shari. I found a $10 discount on Groupon.

Bus was comfortable and taped narrative was adequate. I prefer a live tour guide. Price was better than some competitors.

Nothing good. All we did was wait and wait for the bus. Narration was terrible, uninteresting and condescending. Very expensive for the three days and really couldn’t use it to get around . Never again

The service was sporadic, it needs to start earlier and finish later to be value for money. Not as good as the NYC big bus. We got stranded at Arlington cemetery, so watch the time. The route winds around back on itself and could have covered more areas.

We waited so long for the bus... it was ridiculous. There were multiple trolley tours passing and I was seriously regretting not picking that service instead. My kids liked the bus, but there was not enough leg room for me (I'm 5' 7" tall). It was raining and there were no wipers on the big windshield on the top deck so even though we were in the front, it was hard to see through the windows. Also, the headphones to listen to the recorded information were broken in some of the seats and all the busses we rode needed an upgrade. I would not use this service again. I'd take the metro or use the trolley service instead.
