I booked the hop on hop off bus with a river cruise and it was a fabulous day out. So easy to find the stops (I used the app) and the commentary was great too.

Lots of facts and history on the tour and a great way to travel around London. Big Bus App is great source of information.

Seeing Buckingham Palace and the river cruise-we really enjoyed the personal commentary on the boat.

Houses of Parliament and Piccadilly Circus. Some of the route seemed a little pointless. The route was not what we had expected and did not appear to adhere to the published route.

We enjoyed seeing the various sights from a different viewpoint and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The river trip was excellent especially as they had a live commentary. Unfortunately the 'virtual' guides weren't very good and all we could hear for a lot of it was crackling. We did a hop on and off bus tour in Dublin with a live commentary from the driver and it was so much better!

Very poor commentary on the tour. The last time I rode a hop on hop off bus it told us to look left or right and explained in simple English what we were looking at. This commentary by two people apparently hyped up on speed is not funny or very informative.

Driver very moody didn't go round all attractions when we asked him he basically told all of us to get lost
The number plate of the bus is PN10FOD this was on the28th August basically spoilt our day this driver needs to be reprimanded
