Love this tour! I like to sit on the top, weather permitting! You get a great overview of a city and can then go back and spend more time where you like! If not a live guide on the bus, you get ear buds to listen to a recorded commentary as you pass the key points of interest. A great way to get around the city!

Our Big Bus ride was supposed to go 2 hours for us but due to the protesters it took over 3 hours . But thanks to Rob our guide we were not disappointed. He kept us thoroughly entertained and educated the entire trip. It was a lot of fun to ride with him

Overall a pretty good way to see the sights. However, buses were a bit crowded and more could be used, even in the off season. Commentary interesting and informative.

Big Bus London was a great way to see the major sights. The only issue is finding the bus stops, once you find them its easy to hop on and off,

There is nothing outstanding about this tour. There is nothing that sets them apart from other sightseeing hop on hop off tour bus services available. Unless you are sitting on the top part of the bus, the only thing you can really see are the sides of other double decker buses. On the plus side, the Big Bus tours had great service with representatives at every major stop to answer questions.

we have used Big Bus in London on several occasions over the years. Each time, a delightful experience. However, I don't know what happened this time. Buses took forever to arrive. Drivers apologized , blaming the traffic. But for every Big Bus that came by, there were at least 3 of the different competitors. So, traffic was really not to blame. Also, there were fewer staff members or no one at all at the busier stops, like London Tower, where dozens of people crowded and waited for over 90 minutes. I don't think I'll use the company again.

We literally threw our money out with this one. Busses don't come often, Crew not helpful and it is constantly STUCK in traffic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! use the underground to move where you want to go and see the sights there..

Terrible when you are booking you need to be aware of the disruption you are going to encounter with the protesters. We walked a lot of the way and had to wait for other buses even though there was one there. It was terrible. Didn’t get to see or do much. It got all too hard.
