I was not able to download my ticket (the app kept crashing) and was not able to use it all. Total waste, I requested a refund and am waiting to hear back. I don’t know if it was an issue with Viator or Big Bus, but I was not able to access the ticket at all.

Great way to see London. In April, wear thermals if you want to ride up the top. Great view but very cold. The commentary in headphones was informative.

Very tough to find address of pick up spots initially. No maps or anything on website of bus or pick up locations and if you don’t have a brochure be prepared to wander around searching for a while. But on bus audio was really entertaining and informative.

No information as to where to catch the bus. In the marathon there were many closed streets. I NEVER found a bus and had to pay for a competitor! I don’t recommend it.

Best way to get around London and see lots of sights. We paid for the 48 hour pass and saved on Ubers and taxis. Definitely worth the cost.

Buses were regular and stops easy to find.
If you can catch Big Steve on your bus you are in for a treat. His live commentary is brilliant….knowledgeable, friendly and funny

Very limited narrative of the area as you are traveling. 90% music or dead air. Driver is always in a hurry, often leaving before we were able to get off the top deck to disembark. I have been on much more informative Hop on Hop off adventures.
