The bus tour was a very convenient way to see most of the city. I recommend it if you need to get around to sight see.

All routes and areas taking care of with this hop on hop off. Found all the staff helpful and the knowledge that the guides have is far better then any of the other hop on hop offs I've done all over europe.

Great service and a great way to see the sights in a short time frame.
Very friendly supportive staff and audio equipment worked very well and information provided was of a high standard.

Love this tour! I like to sit on the top, weather permitting! You get a great overview of a city and can then go back and spend more time where you like! If not a live guide on the bus, you get ear buds to listen to a recorded commentary as you pass the key points of interest. A great way to get around the city!

Viator are third-party service to Big Bus tours. Even though we booked and paid early, before Christmas Day, Big Bus demanded a 6 pound premium per person and non-negotiable, this even without live guide, walking tour or short boat cruise on Thames. Appreciate the 25th was a national holiday, but the buses were crammed to capacity and Big Bus would clearly have known the tickets sold. Having done hip-hops in many cities, the Big Bus attitude was by far the worse with minimal courtesy shown. The actual stops were fine but competitor firms are similar. Most disappointed.

London is very congested and kind of dirty. The people there were friendly and helpful. I don’t think I will go back there again.

I have done hop on hop off busses all over Europe, but the London traffic made the trip excruciating. I could have walked faster, which is why the locals all walk.
Guides were good, but few were native English speakers.

we have used Big Bus in London on several occasions over the years. Each time, a delightful experience. However, I don't know what happened this time. Buses took forever to arrive. Drivers apologized , blaming the traffic. But for every Big Bus that came by, there were at least 3 of the different competitors. So, traffic was really not to blame. Also, there were fewer staff members or no one at all at the busier stops, like London Tower, where dozens of people crowded and waited for over 90 minutes. I don't think I'll use the company again.

We literally threw our money out with this one. Busses don't come often, Crew not helpful and it is constantly STUCK in traffic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! use the underground to move where you want to go and see the sights there..

I have never seen such inefficiency.Got to Victoria station,London, nobody talked to me.I called the customer service line for at least 21 times, nobody picked the call, the next day, nobody even returned my call. One of the biggest ways to waste of your time and money.Want a refund, there is nobody to talk to.Such a shameles scam of a company.
