It was a very memorable tour and informative tour. In addition, I lost my phone and Omar and Fernanda helped me locate my phone. Omar called everyone to look into the buses and Uthman found it and called Omar. I got directed where to pick it up— thank you to all for going beyond your duty to help me. Big Bus hop on hop in tour is the best! Excellent customer service.

Ride was OK until the driver was directed to change the route, leaving several of us unable to make a connection or get back to our destination without another 2 1/2 hour ride. Long walk back in the rain. No explanation for dropping the stops and changing the route.

Great way to see London in a small amount of time. Commentary was interesting and the drivers friendly. The cruise was probably the most enjoyable part with Martin providing great stories and information all the way. All the Big Bus staff were really helpful, especially Bijon.

Had an amazing experience sight seeing around London. We got to see everything we wanted to see. The children absolutely loved the river cruise too. The staff were all very helpful especially Sean, he was so friendly and just a lovely person. Big thank you Sean! We will definitely be visiting London again. We bought our tickets from the employee at the bus. He lied saying we couldn’t purchase them online that day and only through him. He sold us attraction tickets as well that were times and made it impossible to truly enjoy the hop on hop off experience. There was WAY more music than commentary. NOT WORTH IT!
