The blue mountain trip was an amazing tour. Les...our guide and driver...was funny, knowledgeable and an excellent driver. He was also great at telling us what to expect at the skyrails. He told us ahead of time what seats would be best, what view you will get form the side you would choose. The stories he told us were interesting and we learned a lot about the ecosystem. This tour cruise tour ended at the circular quay next to the Sydney Opera House and as we got there there fire works at the Opera House ad we would like to say that our Australian Trip ended with a bang :). We definitely recommend this trip to everyone. We think that feeding the Kangaroos at the Zoo should be an option in the tour. We fed Kangaroos before and it was a lot of fun. The tour was amazing! The itinerary was well planned. We had a very fruitful trip visiting multiple stops with a reasonably tight schedule, which made the best type of one-day tour for first-timers. Bruce was wonderful being the driver and the tourguide - friendly, helpful and dedicated to his role.

The whole trip was memorable. I am so glad we chose this one rather than the Sydney tours. It is a must do tour. Our driver Bruce was so very informative. We learned so much about every thing in the mountains.

The tour was very well organised, on time pickup and drop off and very smooth overall. Bruce was very informative and kept giving information about Sydney and the whereabouts during the journey. The best thing about this company is that it is charging a base price for taking to Blue mountain but any additional activity like the zoo or scenic world is optional and folks can choose to skip any of this and spend time on their own. I personally felt scenic world is not worth the price. The return ride by ferry was also nice during the sunset. Overall, highly recommend the tour and Bruce was amazing guide and made us feel right at home. Thanks

The description of the tour experience did not make it clear that if you chose not to do the Sydney zoo or the Scenic World cable experiences, which were paid extras, you would have to spend 3 hours on your own. This is because each of these took an hour and a half and happened one after the other at the start of the day. So in effect, half of the day is spent on your own devices with little guidance. The tour operator should either increase their price to include these activities which will give a more accurate estimate of the cost of the tour or provide guided alternative activities which will be included in the tour price for people who don’t want to take part in the paid activities. The way it is now is really false advertising. The three overlooks stops of the Blue mountain that was included in the tour was great because the views were amazing. The so called River cruise listed is laughable!! It was just a ferry ride back to Circular Quay that freed the tour operator of the responsibility of dropping people off in designated hotels from which they were picked up. This also is certainly false advertising!! Just call it what it is and let people know that they will be returning to central Sydney by ferry and will need to find their way back to their final destinations. Making it sound like a fancy river cruise is the ultimate in deceptive marketing. I did ultimately enjoy myself in spite of the aforementioned concerns because of the spectacular Blue mountain views. Also, the funny stories and commentaries of the tour guide, Les. made the long periods spent on the bus more enjoyable and he was very knowledgeable of the local history.

Long but brilliant day visiting Sydney zoo and the Blue Mountains. Couldn’t have visited the mountains and seen them from different viewpoints any better. Our tour guide Les was really interesting and full of history and knowledge. Just do it 👍
