Roundtrip Transfers:
Both International and Domestic visitors have the opportunity for a personal meet and greet service at the airport, and then a direct transfer to your hotel located in the Central Business District (CBD) in Brisbane.
Upon your return, meet your bus outside the front of your hotel at a prearranged time to be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
When making a booking, you will need to advise the following:
• Flight details (Flight numbers and times), and
• Brisbane accommodation details (Hotel name and address)
Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION FOR BRISBANE (BNE) INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT All arriving passengers into Brisbane Airport are to proceed to the information counter where check in will occur with the Con-X-ion attendant. Passengers will then be directed to their departing shuttle. If you are unable to locate the information counter please ask one of the airport ambassadors for assistance, otherwise please phone us. Please endeavour to check in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to ensure the service can leave on time. Airline misplaced my luggage so i did not get it and the delay caused looking for it made us miss our transfer. Had to take uber to our hotel with no refund. Going to the airport, our flight is at 11 am, they scheduled pick up at 6am! When we requested an 8am pick up they declined so had to cancel and take an Uber again!!

Confirmed 2 different bookings for 4:40 PM airport to CBD lodging, but when contacted due to flight delay was told no booking after 3 PM, despite confirmation I received. Don’t know how to attribute fault for this, but had to take taxis at a multiple of the cost,

Only had to wait 10 minutes from arriving on the stand to start of transfer into the city . Approached by the driver always a relief to know your names on the sheet of paper . Couple of drop offs before ours into the city. Same driver for our return trip arrived punctually smooth drives on both transfers , comfortable vehicle would be happy to use again and recommend.

Everything started off well. We were picked up on time and had a pleasant ride to our hotel. I even thought that the bad reviews that I had read were truly in the past....not so fast!
I booked round-trip services. I tried that several times to reach someone in order to find out when we'd get picked up for our return flight home. After several unanswered attempts, I reached out to Viator. They were finally able to reach someone and the company STILL didn't respond but sent a response through the Viator representative.
I'm thoroughly disappointed in the service from this company as it pertains to getting back to the airport. I should not have has to work so diligently to find out what time we were being picked up and I SHOULD NOT have been spoken to the way the driver did as we approached the van.
We made it onto the transportation and got on at exactly 2:51am. The driver saw us and was instantly rude and upset. He said we were lucky because he was about to drive off, stating that we were told what time to be outside waiting. He stated that he and someone else had been trying to call me. I told him that I never received a call but we saw him drive up and walked to the vehicle. We were told to be there at 2:50 and it was 2:51. His response was, well you're supposed to be here 10 minutes before.
We were never told this and had the company responded to any of my initial attempts, they might have been able to give me their policy and procedures instead of relaying information through a third party.
Nonetheless, we should never have been spoken to in such a manner and I've never has to reach out to anyone several days in a row in order to find out when we'd be transported back to the airport.
I don't always leave a review but this one was warranted.

Left stranded at the airport, apparently Brisbane shuttles had stopped running. No info whatsoever from company, had to get train into Brisbane. Phoned company, no help. Applied for refund, not hopeful.

THE shuttle never came! I waited more than TWO PLUS HOURS! When a shuttle finally arrived, I was told it wasn’t going in the city. I tried contacting shuttle company ‘CON-X-ION’ directly and as you can see from my photo of my correspondence, NEITHER VIATOR NOR CON-X-ION responded!! I feel like I’ve been scammed, as the driver says this is not typical, however, when it does happen, no one ever gets their money back. I expect A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

Company somehow cancelled the reservation without notifying me. Wasted 2 hours at the airport trying to track down where to get picked up . Called company and the told me to go to the kiosk outside Virgin Australia. When I got there an employee in the company van said they didn’t have “busses” going to my location. Called company only to be informed they had cancelled my reservation.
