Take a ride along the river, past the Kangaroo Point Cliffs to South Bank, over the Goodwill Bridge and then onto off-path cycling through the Botanic Gardens and down to New Farm Park, before returning back to Kangaroo Point. Whether it’s for a couple of hours or a full day, hire a mountain bikes and explore Brisbane at your own pace.

You’re never too old to enjoy the fun and freedom of riding a scooter. Whether you’re a big kid, or a little kid, have some old fashioned fun with the sights and sounds of Brisbane you can’t get anywhere else. Scooter away down by the river, and enjoy a day of pure freedom.

The biking paths along the river are both relaxing and vibrant, including cutting through the botanic gardens. A half day bike rental is more than enough time to enjoy the river trails and the staff at Riverlife are both very helpful and friends- a definite highlight of my trip to Brisbane -a must do!

Brilliant and fun way to see Brisbane city. Half of us did kayaking ,the others did rock climbing. We didn’t need a guide for kayaking but had good and very helpful advice about the tides to make our journey with the least struggle. Rock climbing at sunset was thrilling.

Myself and parter hired kayaks on Brisbane river during our holiday and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
The safety briefing was completed before being geared up and helped into the kayaks for a relaxing paddle down the river.
It was a little unnerving to begin with due to other boats and ferries using the river, but we quickly got used to navigating around them and bobbing over the wakes they created!
Ideal for those who want to try something a little different.
Staff were great.
Would recommend.

Awesome activities right on the river. I have been kayaking x3 and abseiling, but there is so much more! Why buy a kayak and lug it around when you can hire one for two hours at a very reasonable price? We had an amazing morning paddle to the story bridge and back, taking our time, letting the current lead us. We tool our time to immerse ourselves in the flora and fauna along the bank and do some bird watching. So much fun when the city cats go by and create small waves. There were 9 of us in the group and we were easily accommodated. The kids of course spent most of the time tipping each other and capsizing the kayaks. So much fun - highly recommend! All of my kids are adults, and they all brought their partners - so a family affair however the option of an adult family is not listed below.

WE love all the staff at Riverlife, always so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Jon who got us on our way for kayaking along the stunning Brisbane River. It really is a top place to film for House Hunters International. We will be back!

First time try Kayak. Good experience even you can't swim!
My friends and I had the best fun ever when we rented the Kayak for two hour.
Luckily one of our Singapore friend have the Kayak license , other wise join a tour with instructor if you never try before in Brisbane River!

My friends and I had the best fun ever when we rented the electric bikes for an hour. That gave us time to ride the electric bikes round Kangaroo Point, over the footbridge and all the way around the Botanical Gardens. We had sufficient time to stop and take many photographs of the gardens and the surrounding scenery. As I’ve said it was great fun and a good way to see quite a lot in a short space of time. The staff at the Riverlife Adventure Centre couldn’t be more helpful either. Thanks for a really enjoyable experience
