Best to go when it’s dark. We did the 8pm cruise and the buildings looked stunning all lit up. The boat was covered but you could open the windows . I got great photos through the glass.

Legend cruise line was easy to find, located centrally along the Pest side and timed perfectly to see the spectacular scenic lights along the Danube. 1 hr cruise went both ways along the river. Would recommend to others.

It was an amazing experience and I highly
recommend! I sat at the top deck get the best views of the buildings lit up. There were blankets provided since it was very cold. I went right at sunset and the views were beautiful. I didn’t go any earlier than sunset if you want to get the buildings all lit up; it’s best to go after dark. As others have mentioned, the audio does not follow the sights so I didn’t use it. Overall it was still a good time and I enjoyed my included drink!

It was a nice cruise. Moreover, there was a Greek audio guide so everything went perfect. I strongly suggested.

Beautiful Scenery! It was an amazing experience to be able to see the Danube from such a unique vantage point, with the historical and informative audio guides for history lovers. This was a perfect way to end a beautiful day of sightseeing. Must Recommend!

Beautiful views! We went when it was totally dark, so you get to enjoy all the lights from the buildings. It's worth it and a must-see. We were disappointed that we didn't get new earphones; we had to use the ones that others had used before us and who knows how many more people before that. Also, the sound was very low, so we could hardly hear and understand what they were explaining and saying. You get one drink, but they were out of many, so we ended up drinking water.

Being on the Danube was indeed beautiful, but the staff were not very good. It was bedlam at the beginning of the tour as there was no order to the line of people by the staff. When staff arrived to take tickets everyone just surged forward. Quite dangerous!

A great way to see Budapest from a different view and relaxing evening! Go late in the evening so you can see Parliment lit up - it is stunning!
