Budapest Evening Sightseeing Cruise and Unlimited Proseccos

What a fantastic experience! We were t expecting such a nice boat, rather like a floating dining room, nice round tables, chairs and floor to ceiling windows. We were handed a glass of Prosecco when we boarded and were filled up continually by a lovely guy, walking around the tables. As soon as we were low, he was there! Do too him for his attentiveness st the end, he worked hard. The Prosecco wasn’t too bad either, we were expecting it to be rubbish, but it tasted okay. The music wasn’t too loud and proper tunes a mix of old, Abba and new, perfect for the mixes age group. It wasn’t a ‘booze cruise’, everyone was very respectful and friendly, toilets were clean too. Brilliant way to spend an hour or so in the evening.

Definitely do it at night. Great sites with detailed explanations. Nice, clean boat. Crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. Oh, there was Prosecco too! Lots of it

Watching the sunset while cruising the Danube River was fantastic! Loved that there was information shared about the various points of interest along the way. And the Prosecco never stopped!

This exceeded our expectations. The cruise was excellent, with great views of Budapest. The service onboard was outstanding and overall it was great value for money. We would strongly recommend.

The sunset sightseeing cruise on the Danube River is a must! The boat was clean, the Prosecco flowing, the lemonade was great and our hummus trio fantastic! Watching the sunset over the city with fun music, and great information about the history of the buildings was wonderful. Informative and fun at the same time. Highly recommend!

Budapest is a beautiful city. The views from the Buda side are fabulous. It is very walkable...we walked across three different bridges. HINT; When you cross the most famous bridge, there is a funicular on the Buda side that takes you way up to the top. You do NOT want to walk up there. You will find long lines waiting to buy tickets to the funicular, but you can buy them on-line ahead of time, ands skip the long line!

Overall a good time, plenty of Prosecco offered throughout the trip (@1.5 hours). Staff was super courteous and friendly. Nice views of city at night, brief commentary (just enough) and fun music playing. Our only problem was with the description that said “Rosemary pizza bread and dips available for extra fee” so we thought we could purchase nibbles on board and we delayed our dinner according to that. Once onboard were told “had to be pre-ordered”. The checkout process and description did not make that clear. All in all a good value.

Completely different to that advertised. Arrived and was directed through the nice boat (shown on booking) onto a not so impressive boat with blaring music (we were told the nice boat was “not working”). To be fair the Prosecco was topped up regularly but obviously not the best (as you’d expect). A few others had dressed for the advertised cruise and I think we all managed to see the funny side in the end, but I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re just interested in drinking as much cheap plonk as you can in 75 minutes.
