If we could go back we wouldn’t have booked, the camels get a 5* for having to carry so many people for so long whilst being tied up and smacked to stay in line, a cool experience but seems so unethical, the camels seemed so unhappy and tired, definitely wouldn’t do again, book at your own judgement but definitely seems so cruel

This was a nice, comma Easy ride through the beautiful dunes of the island. The guides were friendly and took pictures of you. If you asked. The only downside for me was that you felt for the animals all muzzled up and looking lethargic.

Some of the staff were rude, organisation chaotic, and very uncomfortable on the camel. They should provide cushions.

My sister and I both enjoyed the camel ride, it was well organized and we did not have to wait long. I would highly recommend it and it is an experience that you will never forget. Thanks to the organizers to have made our experience so special. Love Claudette and Gisèle, CANADA.

Amazing experience!! I love it. I would recommend this activity to my frienfs and family. I ordered the ticket on line, it was seamless. Downfall: As soon as we went there at 12pm with ticket they advised us to comeback at 01:30pm maybe because the line was long.

It was an awful experience, no directions or information and when we got there at 9.07 am (booked for 9am) with our two young children we were told it was 2.5 hours to wait in the queue in the heat We left! Absolute waste of £50

Frustrating start to our trip to the camel farm as the man on the front desk didn't seem to know what to do and was very abrupt and kept telling us to speak to "the lady". The lady in question was doing everything including stocking up the vending machines and eventually she and the man on the front desk aligned to book us in. This meant we had to wait for 2 hours to ride something we had pre booked and paid for. Once we'd got that out of the way things improved immeasurably and we split our group of 5 over 3 camels and I shared with another very nice lady from another group. The camel handlers are very good and well trained and communicate well and treat the camels well as far as I could see. We had a nice ride through the dunes and arrived back safely. If not for the problems at the start this would have been rated higher. This side of the enterprise should definitely be improved. I imagine that as there was a sign saying all tickets sold that, they'd checked out early despite paying customers still requiring some assistance.
