Pickup Details
Arrival at the airport: When you arrive at the airport, after picking up your luggage, head to the Arrivals Hall to meet one of our representatives. They'll be ready to greet you, holding a blue sign with the eTransfers logo. It's important to have your confirmation email with your booking details and an ID handy to help us locate the van that will take you. If you don't spot the representative with the blue sign, don't worry. You can go to the designated meeting points in the different terminals. Departure from the hotel: One day before your return trip we will send your booking confirmation to the contact information you provide, to remind you of the time the driver will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel where you are staying. We recommend you to be ready a few minutes before the appointed time, as the driver is only allowed to wait 10 minutes at the meeting point.

Only waited 5 minutes after we cleared customs. On the way back to the airport, our driver arrived on time, actually 15 minutes early! It was a super smooth process. We are thankful and will use the service when we visit again.

Even though my flight was changed to later in the day, it was easy to message the company of the change.
They pucked us up within 10 minutes of leaving the terminal. Driver was courteous and safe driving.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please don’t book with them they will steal your money!!! I paid for a round trip and now they’re trying to tell me it’s for a one way! The title says to and from and they even sent me a message confirming pickup for when my friends and I would be leaving. Why request that information and then LIE and say we paid for a one way!! I’ve been going back and forth with them all day! Do yourself a favor and don’t book with these people. They only want to steal from you and charge you more!!!

This was a terrible experience . The tour operator made us feel extremely uncomfortable by saying we needed to pay an additional $40 dollars when I had pre-paid . He asked me for proof however the internet wouldn’t connect at the time. The day before I had booked same trip but was delayed so my mother just took it and they made her also pay an additional amount in cash . We were not in a different zone . We were max 20 mins from airport.
