We have booked this balloon flight a week ago and they canceled our booking without any apparent reason. We chose the lowest price we found on the trip advisor. Some operators do not honour their contract and decide to drop customers if they feel they can get a better price from other customers. In the meantime we were left without a balloon flight. Had we known that we would have booked from a more reliable company

Everything was excellent. I really appreciate the company Unique Ephesus who organised our Balloon Ride. It was perfect in time, safety, enjoyment etc etc

Only 2 ballons flyed in Cat Valley and very late. All others are flying in Gorem or love Valley, so it's not recommended to go in Cat Valley because you will see anything. For the same price payed online, you will find the fly directly in Gorem and you will fly in a better place

Be careful!
It is not the place where all balloons are flying and you have the magical view.
This valley has 3-4 balloons maximum flying.

Not really good experience. The tour was cancelled due to the adverse whether, which was understandable. But after receiving the cancellation message, I tried to call and sent 4 messages to the tour operator because I wanted to confirm if I can be re-scheduled to the following day if weather permits to fly, but no response at all. Otherwise, I would have made my decision to fly with other balloon operator 100 mile away where it seemed to be able to fly. Very bad communication with the customers.

j’ai réservé en janvier 2023 un vol en montgolfière sur cette agence pour un voyage en famille avec ma femme et mes 4 enfants en Turquie que je vais effectué en juillet prochain et là 3 semaines avant le départ je reçois un mail qui m’informe de l’annulation de ma réservation sans plus d’explication ??!!??
je suis allé vérifier la disponibilité de leur vols à la
date initialement prévue et bizarrement il y avait de la place MAIS à un prix 2,5 fois plus cher.
je pense tout simplement que le propriétaire n’était pas satisfait du prix auquel j’avais fait ma réservation en janvier et cherche à gagner plus d’argent 🤬🤬🤬
Le problème maintenant est de pouvoir retrouver à 3 semaines du départ une autre réservation à un prix raisonnable
c’est dégueulasse comme attitude et tout simplement du vol
je ne les recommande pas du tout ….
