We love our hot balloon flight this morning. It was an amazing experience in Goreme. The most memorable part of our flight was wonderful views from the air and a great atmosphere during our flight. Pilot was very professional and explained everything in details. Highly recommended.

The experience is great. The less positive comments are in regards Viator and not the ballon experience. Negative points: Pickup description not accurate. It says 5:00am but here they ask to be ready at 4:30am and that car won’t wait. I suggest to use the local agencies instead of online services as prices are considerable cheaper locally. For example, I’ve paid 250 euros when I could have got the same day bought locally for 175 euros. Exact same experience. Today while speaking with a local agent I was informed that ballon prices for tomorrow will be at 145€. In sum, prices locally change frequently and you end up making better deals. One tip: make sure you withdraw turkish liras in Istanbul as all ATM in Göreme will charge extra taxes (8.30% in my case e I used Revolut premium card).

The view was exquisite. The sky was sunny and the air cold. There was a slight draft that made balloon flying possible. Fortunate to be able to take the ride on the chosen date since there have been a lot of cancellations in a row.

Pick up vehicle was dot on time . The balloon lighting up and launching was quick and smooth once we reached the grounds . At first we felt we were late ,as there were a lot of balloons already in the air . However , in hindsight we feel that our timing was perfect as we were able to see the crack of dawn as well as the on ground topography in the valleys below after sunlight . The ride itself lasted exactly 54 minutes from launch to landing .

This is a scam! They had the balloons up 1 day out of 10 days. They do not rebook you. They refund your money. If you rebook for the following day you pay DOUBLE! I would never do this event again for any company in Cappadocia. They are unreliable, costly, and the extra expense of hotels, food, and plane tickets was absolutely NOT worth it!

The views were stunning and was the highlight of my trip. A can't miss experience. I felt like a cloud - the flight was so smooth and gentle. This ran like a well oiled machine. From pick up to the flight to the drop off, I felt very comfortable and confident in this company.

Very beautiful ride! And got to see the sunrise over all the balloons being set up which was very beautiful. Only issue I had was description says minimum 50 min balloon ride and the balloon operator told us it would be 30-60 minutes when we got off the ground, and final time ended up being around 40-45 minutes. Otherwise was an amazing experience and very worth for the price!
