You missed the mark with taking away veggie options. Your app clearly states that there are veggie options at the Hot Dog Stand and Vampie Burger Kitchen, yet neither were available. So we just ate chips, which was fine, but come on. A multi-million pound theme park can afford a few veggie sausages and burgers. Apart from that, everything was perfect - bar a group of girls that continuously ruined every ride we got on, screeching for it to stop and for them to be let out. But that's not the theme park's fault, obviously. Also, please give the otters fresh water, it looks so grim in their enclosure.

Had a good time here yesterday, the weather was nice and sunny. Went on the Dragon Fury Ride, Bumper Cars (3 times), Gruffalo River ride, the Sealife centre was very good. Also liked the Lions, Tigers, Gorillas, Zebras, Ostriches, and Racoons. Tiger Rock ride and Lorikeet Lagoon, two of my favourites were closed, otherwise would have got 5 stars. Altogether a Good Day Out. Would definitely go again.

It is really worth a visit where there is something for every age to enjoy. Be it the wild animals or rides (wet and dry). The place provides a welcome break from our daily routine and one would feel more close to nature. Good to enjoy as a group of friends family or as a couple. The best part being it is worth the price and will pinch our pockets :-)

We had a great day on Monday. Park still has low season atmosphere, not all food resturants or food trucks open, went in through a different entrance/exitat the hotel entrance. Be careful if you go in this way as we didn’t get a ticket(we didn’t realize about ticket), so on exit we got charged £10 for a missing ticket. A bit annoying after a lovely day out. But anyway the park wasn’t overly busy and my family split up at first, so the adults could go on the big rides and granddaughter and myself went on Dragon Boats and played in the soft play area. Some rides were not available but worst of all was that the Safari was not available and after a 2hour drive a bit disappointing. We had looked on site before leaving. But gold star(in my opinion) goes to Stuart in the Pizza/Pasta resturaunt. He was not only friendly and helpful but showed us to our table and asked if we needed a high chair, which he went and got for us. He continued to do this for any guests that had small children and all the time with a welcoming smile. I know some of the staff are there to clear tables but it looks awful when one member of staff is doing so much and two are just standing there, yes they’re there to clear tables but basically they watched Stuart getting highchairs etc and it looked awful with them just standing there. One member of staff should be supported by the whole team. Only other slight blip during the day, granddaughter put her £1 in to steer boats near the animal tree carousel didn’t work and no coin back. Couldn’t see anyone to ask for help in that area. It was a great family day just a few blips. But we did get a wave from the Gruffalo on way out of hotel car park and my granddaughter was so happy about that

This is a terrible place. As a family of vegans, we found that this resort is not suitable for vegans. On our first night in the hotel, we tried to order the rainbow salad with vegan halloumi. We were told that they hadn't offered this for months and "need to take it off the menu". I ended up having the same vegan burger two nights in a row. The waitress said that the salad "wasn't very nice anyway" so it doesn't matter that they didn't have it, and offered us the Caesar salad without anchovies instead, but this would have still included parmesan and egg... At breakfast on one of the mornings we asked for some vegan sausages because there aren't any on the main buffet (which is understandable if they aren't a popular choice). When we ordered them the waiter said "are you sure you don't just want to eat meat today?" before reluctantly agreeing to ask the chefs to cook some for us. When in the theme park, the food options were even worse (non existent on one of the days). Firstly we saw a sign that advertised "vegan street dogs" in Mexicana. We went to Mexicana but no such stall existed. However we did find a hot dog restaurant which advertised vegan hot dogs. When I ordered one, the person just said "we don't do vegan ones" and then moved on to serve the next person. I then went to the vampire burger restaurant where a plant based burger was on the menu. I went to order on the electric screens, but couldn't find the plant based burger. I went to the till to ask a member of staff who told me that there was none in stock. Considering the theme park had only been back open for four days, clearly they hadn't ran out of vegan burgers, they just didn't bother to stock them in the first place. Eventually I managed to find one cafe which offered a vegan pasty (which cost over £5) so I had this. The next day I went back to the same cafe to find that it was closed for no obvious reason. The smokehouse was also closed as well as the majority of other food venders. I ended up having a bag of crisps for my lunch... On one of the days I went to order an oat milk latte at the gruffalo cafe only to be told that they had no dairy milk alternatives. When you read the descriptions for all of the restaurants and vendors on the website, they all advertise vegan options available which is evidently not the case. Other than the food situation, the availability of the rides also was poor. We visited with a toddler who is under 1m. All rides apart from the baby ones were closed; Seastorm, tomb blaster, tiny truckers, scorpion express. In regards to the scorpion express, the website advertises this ride however only when we were there did we find out that it has been closed for years. Finally, the conditions that the animals are kept in are heartbreaking. I'm sure the size of the enclosures meet legal requirements, but they are clearly not fit for purpose. The animals look like they're existing, not living. If you love animals, you shouldn't visit this place. I regret doing so.

We travelled over from belfast and we stayed in premier inn and visited the park on the Saturday. The park was brilliant had lots of rides and lots of shops(wish we had of known about the refill machine deal) we had a Ride access pass which was brilliant very benefical my only downside on this was having to have Internet and a phone to book through the app. Defo take a power bar...the staff all around were very helpful and friendly.

Visited on 5 May, weather was bad lots of rain so we visited the animal areas first before getting drowned on the rides😂 we met a staff member (Chris) who was very helpful and gave a lot of information to the kids about the Zebras. Weather got a bit better later in the day we were only on the small stuff for the kids so no problems with queues. All in all a great day out aided by the staff members.

We came for 2 days in the easter hols and had a fab time. The extra hour in the park from 9 as a hotel guest was amazing. We got so much done in this hour. Mandrill Mayhem is fantastic. We love the theming of the area too. All the main rides were great and loved by myself and my kids age 10 and 12. The ride wait times displayed are not always very accurate and you often wait longer. The park is clean and themed well. The safari is good although quite short. Croc Drop has great theming. A couple of rides were closed whilst we were there hopefully opening later this season. We would love to return one day.

Excellent app which kept us up to date with queue times, Vampire broke down as we were waiting so we got given a fast pass to use when it reopened.

Brilliant day! Lots to do for all ages and we were lucky to go on a day when it was fairly quiet so there weren’t many queues for the rides. Brilliant fun and a great day had by all!
