Enjoyed seeing the city but would have liked a bit more information about what we were seeing. Sometimes it was very difficult to understand the speil.

There were long waits to board the buses, approaching an hour at the most popular sites since you have to wait for several buses due to the crowds. The recording wasn’t timed the best, so it match the places we were passing. We ended up just catching cabs rather than wait. Unless you go to all their stops, it much easier and cheaper to just go by cab or Uber.

We were sold a two day pass from an official vendor and told that we could get on and off buses at any stop.
The trouble is that all the buses were packed and there was no room on any of them.
We walked to the main meeting point where the queues were huge. We waited in line for over an hour and a half with the queue hardly moving.
There was no information from the staff and all the buses arriving were as busy as those we saw earlier.
The situation became worse when the staff disappeared and there was nobody to ask.
Eventually, and not wanting to spend my whole day waiting for a bus to arrive we decided to leave the line and find alternative travel arrangements.
I contacted the company, “Julia Travel” who initially responded but have subsequently been silent.
Be aware, this company cannot fulfil the obligations that they promise and take your money with no method of compensation or refund.
You have been warned!

We started late and only got to see the blue route. I highly recommend starting out in the morning so you can see both routes.

The bus moves on two different routes and you can shift at anytime making full use of the day. The frequency of the bus is very high and you don't have to wait much to get to the next bus. You can cover the whole barcelona in a day through both the routes.

We debarked from our cruise ship, re. a part-day visit of this city, and took the MSC shuttle, to where the bus tours depart from. We got on our bus tour with no problems. We sat on the upper seating area, for the whole trip, and got off at the stop where the Primark store is nearby, as that's what we wanted to do, shop, as a stop-off! This store does not have any locations in Canada, and we like the inexpensive clothing at this store. We had listened to the commentary as we went along, to know what the buildings were. After our shopping stop, we had to head back to the cruise ship shuttle bus area, as this Barcelona port, was the shortest time period ashore of our whole cruise, which was a shame, for a large city! We had hoped to get on the other 2nd route, for this bus tour, but knew we would cut it too close, to the ship's departure. so basically we saw some sights then shopped!

We were not offered ear phones for the audio portion of the tour nor a guide map for the tour. Only scanned our tickets and told to find a seat on the bus.

Being able to swap from the Blue Route to the Red Route and see more of Barcelona. It is a great way to see the sites and mark what to go back and ee. Recommend it to other travellers.
