The driver was very helpful and got us to FCO ahead of time. He took only 45 minutes to get us to FCO saving us time. We made our flight. He was friendly, helpful, kind, and considerate to our needs. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Driver was right outside the terminal waiting for us and was early as we were early as well. Nice quick transfer to the airport. Would recommend over a ship transfer as it was much faster. Thank you!!

I found Viator easy to book, contact and arrange. I would have loved to have guides that spoke better English and the ability to charge my phone but probably a little unreasonable to expect that.

The transfer was in a van (not luxery) and was with 5 other people (not private).
This was not a luxery transfer from port to airport.

The driver was on time and professional. He got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.
The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is that he took a phone call over speaker phone during our ride.

The drive didn’t show up and I had a flight to catch with 4 children.
The pickup at the airport was the same problem
We waited one hour than had to take a taxi.
I request a refund for both.
The tour was amazing and the ride to the ship was great as well.
