Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation.
Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

Good experience. Food so so but service was great. Was first time and not greeted off elevator but we made our way to the lounge. Bar staff and server Shantay? was excellent. Restrooms were impeccably clean and attendant cleaned each stall after every guest. She too was great. A comfortable lounge.

I frequent Jamaica often and always use your service. It does make a huge difference in navigating through the airport and expedites the time taken. Your arrival service is excellent, meeting you when you arrive with a sign. Your departure service, if you are not familiar with that service can be a bit confusing for people so my suggestion would be to improve that aspect so when people arrive at the airport, it does need to be clearer, where they go and how they can connect with you. Once you navigate through TSA and make your way to one of the lounges, the fact that you have added the buffet is a nice addition.

Amazing experiencing using Club Mobay VIP Lounge. The quick access feature was really helpful and the food in the VIP Lounge was everything. Lot’s of variety and great quality. The staff was very attentive and cordial. I will use the VIP lounge every time I travel to and from Jamaica.

I was not able to reserve a spot for my arrival. That was ok because it was much needed for my departure. My flight was at 2pm, transport scheduled me for a 10:30am pick up, I arrived at the airport around 11:15am. Even with the signs it was kind of hard to find for departures. Nice place to wait for your flight. The price of your entry comes with drinks and buffet. They have a place to store your carry luggage until you leave.
My recommendation? Book Club Mobay as soon as you book your flight
There's a small space with a TV if you are traveling with children.

Excellent Service. Shantelle was very helpful, anx supportive as I am a physically challenged individual. One drawback the disabled Lavatory is not up to standard. Very low.

Club Mobay & Fastrack is so very beneficial, both at the start and the end of your holiday! The representatives and staff are very attentive & friendly plus the lounges are spacious, fully stocked and a pleasure to visit.

Club MoBay for the win! When I arrived at the Montego Bay airport on 4/24/24, the security line was huge for my 2:35 pm flight. Club MoBay reps ushered me through VIP screening and I was done in less than 15 minutes. 5 minutes later I was sitting in their lounge, enjoying a Jamaican patty and a cocktail.
