Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation.
Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

The departure lounge was very modern and quiet.
I just wish they had more hot food options.

Our MoBay rep was Jermaine. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The lounge was relaxing w/great drinks and food options. My biggest appreciation is for the fast track through customs. MoBay cuts the wait time by at least half.

There was very little choice of food selection, we were put in an extremely small space that was over crowded. Service staff was few and far between. Nothing like all the other times we have been there. We are really going to have to rethink our future visits to MoBay. Un impressed with the changes.

When coming into Jamaica if your trying to get to your Resort as soon as possible. No need to Mobay but the Service is outstanding. I booked both in and out. The out help us be so much concerned that our flight was delayed. It's a must book with food free alchol drinks etc.

We love club Mobay it’s a nice way to finish your vacation. Clean lounge with Food washrooms It is worth every penny. I recommend Club Mobay and Viator.
