Arrival Services, Lounge and Hotel Transfer:
When you land at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport, head to the Club Mobay meeting point, where your club representative awaits. Complete your immigration forms, with help from your representative as needed, and sail through customs and immigration with your fast-track service. Your host then assists you in retrieving your luggage and takes you to the Club Mobay arrival lounge.
In the arrival lounge, reggae music puts you into the island groove. Make use of the high-speed Wi-Fi to catch up on your messages and watch news on the flat-screen cable TVs. Fuel up with snacks and beverages while browsing through magazines and newspapers. Freshen up in the private restroom and cool off with a chilled towel.
When you’re ready, you’ll be escorted to your shared, air-conditioned transport to your hotel. Hotel drop-off zones include Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Trelawny, Tryall and Round Hill, and Grand Palladium Resort.
Departure Services, Lounge and Hotel Transfer:
For your return trip, your driver will pick you up at your hotel located in one of the zones listed above. After checking in for your flight at Sangster International Airport, head to the Club Mobay information booth, near the entrance for security and immigration. Check in for your lounge access here, and then breeze through security and immigration, skipping the regular line with your fast-track access.
Continue to the Club Mobay departure lounge, on the mezzanine level next to Gate 9. Nosh on provided fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas and other light fare, and sip a cold beverage, cup of coffee or cap off your vacation with an alcoholic beverage.
Relax with a magazine or newspaper, use the high-speed Wi-Fi, take a hot shower, or play games on the provided Samsung Galaxy tablets. Children can make a ruckus in a sound-proof playroom, or if you are traveling sans child, mosey over to the adults-only lounge.

I will NEVER travel to Jamaica again WITHOUT the Club Mobay experience. First off, their communication is superd!!! They had a sign with our names as we were coming out of the plane so I didn't have to go searching. She grabbed my bag and led the way!! We walked right to the front of the Security and Customs lines. No waiting at all!!! Within 5 mins of deboarding I was in the VIP lounge in a comfy chair with a rum punch in hand relaxing taking in the vibes as I waited my transport! Thank you Club Mobay for giving me the real VIP experience!!!

Can get crowded certain times of the year. So Mobay can be a Good choice especially on those crowded days. Helps Breeze right through the crowds. Rum Punch Drinks are a plus. Finger foods are just ok. No patties.

Worst experience ever! We were never met getting off the plane and told to talk to the Mobay desk. The lady was SO rude! She said Viator never sent the reso. When we called customer service they said Mobay should have it. We wanted so much time and still had to stand in the general line. No one would help us or take responsibility. We will NEVER book with Viator again!

We had a few issues regarding our arrival due to unexpected flight delays and had difficulty communicating that which in turn caused most of our meet and greet at the airport not to happen. I had sent numerous emails notifying Mobay about delays and new arrival times but got no response. Once we did connect with MoBay personnel we ended up being rushed out of the lounge by the people doing the transfer to the hotel because of time constraints.
The departure ended up being confusing as well. The company providing the transfer did not drop us off at the area where we were to meet MoBay personnel, we had no idea that was to happen, nor we informed of that. That in turn led to some excessive waits in line to clear customs etc. which we thought would be avoided by using this service. Once we finally got to the lounge we enjoyed it but to that point I was not very impressed with how the service was.

Club Mobay is not what it use to be. You are going to either wait one hour to get through immigration or one hour at baggage claim. If you wait the one hour to get through immigration, when you get to baggage claim, your luggage will be ready. If you pay for expedited service through immigration, you will still have to wait one hour in baggage claim to get your luggage.

Having a personal escort through customs and a nice lounge to wait in arriving and departing was worth every penny spent. I will book again.

As my husband says, Club Mobay is worth every penny. We had never visited Jamaica before, and were unsure about the process once we landed. A representative met us right when we got off the plane and guided us through the entire process. We bypassed long lines and were assisted with finding the transportation ( arranged by our resort) that was picking us up. We relaxed with drinks in the Club Mobay lounge while waiting for the rest of our party who were arriving on another flight. When departing, we again bypassed long lines, and after security, waited in their lounge not far from our gate, enjoying food and drinks. Thank you for a great experience!
