Learn to make FRESH PASTA, like our grandmothers made them in Italy.
We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step.
Our COOKING SCHOOL is located inside a MEDIEVAL TOWER from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.
Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines.
From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance.
We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers.
WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù.
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good TUSCAN WINE or unlimited

We had a fabulous time. Wonderful instruction, such a fun group, and we enjoyed learning to make all of the dishes. The reward is the sampling at the end. Chef and his son made this the perfect afternoon in Florence. I highly recommend taking this class. You will love it!!

Had such an amazing experience with my friends. Chef David was absolutely amazing 👨🍳 !!! I may have to hire him as my private chef 😩. If you are in Florence you can’t leave without this amazing pasta making experience. Will definitely be back with more friends and family ☺️❤️❤️!!!

10/10 recommend coming to this cooking class. The chef was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. We had the best time and learned how to make three dishes, which we all enjoyed together afterwords. The pasta was amazing, and wine was served throughout the whole experience! Could not recommend more. Thank you, Chef!

This is a great cooking class. Our instructor taught us how to make three different types of pasta just the way his grandma used to make! We had a lot of fun cooking and drank a lot of wine along the way. Overall excellent experience

1000/1000 BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This was so fun and the best pasta I have ever had!! If you are in Florence, this is the event to do!!! You meet the best people, make the best food, and eat what you make!! The chef is so fun and the best!! Please do this experience he is AMAZING!!!
