This was a fantastic glimpse into life in Osaka. Adam was very informative and entertaining and we visited some areas of the city that we would never have gone to. It was a very fun few hours and we highly recommend this walking tour.

Our tour guide did an amazing job explaining quite a bit of history on Japan and a lot on the history of Osaka. The tour went through some very popular streets that were fun and lively. It was truly fascinating and I would say this is a must do when traveling to Osaka!!!

The tour was casual, informative and fun. Being a travel consultant I have experienced many tours and guides and I was very comfortable with the size and quality of the tour. Meeting spot was confusing as taxi dropped us off at the wrong station exit and Family Mart and since the station has several exits and Family Marts are practically on every corner crossing with the lights on huge street was time-consuming to find out you were not at the right exit. Suggest a different meeting point. Coming up from the metro station would have been better than relying on a taxi. Interesting area including the red light district that I had no idea existed in such a display of window shopping expected only in Amsterdam. Also the number of abandoned properties within the city and the reason why was interesting. Tour guide Brian was very entertaining and kept the tour moving at a good pace and allowed for bathroom breaks or to grab a drink from the local stores. We had the dinner at the end at a local spot and it was very good, especially the karage chicken. I was able to get some great photos in the evening light.

Oh my gosh what a great tour! My husband and I learned sooo much about Japan, and not just the surface level stuff, but Japan as the locals know it. We got to see some interesting sights in Osaka, which you wouldn't be able to find by yourself or in most internet guides. I highly recommend this tour. It's time and money well-spent.

This is a 3 hour tour. 2 hours are not "backstreet" but focused on Dotombori and Tsutenkaku area. See a temple, general explanations etc. This did not provide me added value as it was covered by other tout. The "Backstreet " part was a bit short and disappointing as we actually saw one abandon house and went to view the red lite district (The guide waited for us outside). There were some explanations and the guide was very nice but I felt that this was over promising and a bit under deliver.

The deep osaka food tour was greart! We got to try loads of food from multiple places. The food isn't Michelin starred or anything but its good quality local food which tastes great! Michael our tour guide did a great job, very informative and did well to accomodate a group with a lot of dietary requirements!
