Jules was so informative and enjoyable for the tour. The tour itself but we all really think Jules made it the best part of our trip!

The guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. We saw the main tourist attractions but the stops at the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame were the main events. The Ryman video was great and both the Ryman and Hall of Fame were interesting. This was a good tour.

First time in Nashville so 14 of us had basically a private tour! Leonard was fun, informative and made the tour a blast! Ryman Museum and Country music Hall of fame made it totally worth the tour price. Highly recommend for first time visitors because you get a driving historical tour of the entire area. Comfy small bus—more like a van.

SELF Guided tours of Ryman Theater and Country Music Hall of Fame Museum .
Unfortunately disappointed in tour guide Leonard. Although very pleasant and courteous with some humor as a non local did not seem to have history of Nashville and anecdotes about characters and neighborhoods. Concentrated on telling us about eating establishments, named maybe 2 local Nashville with history, the rest chains.
Disappointed that guide did not seem to know Nashville like a local anymore than one could look up online which is a lot more. Feel bad to complain as he was very friendly and courteous

We took this tour the first morning of our vacation. It was great because it combined admission to two sites we were excited to visit with a general tour of the area. Our driver Leonard was great! He gave us history of the area and tips on the best local food spots. We were able to plan the rest of our week after getting the lay of the land. One tip- make sure you allow time to find parking and walk to the onboarding by the allotted time. There is a lot directly across from the meeting spot.

Very interesting history. We learned a lot from Big Jerry. He told us so much about the history of the Ryman Auditorium.

The tour was probably alright but the ac in the bus did not work so we rode around getting sick from the heat and then we finally bailed for some food and ac!

I really enjoyed the whole experience. Leonard our driver/tour guide was awesome. His stories and historical information made for a fun learning experience. I've been on many city tours in my lifetime and the tour guide can make or break it. Leonard is exceptional at his job. Viator should put a little something extra in his Xmas stocking. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Our fabulous tour guide’s name was Leonard. I’m giving this tour 5 stars out of 5 for various reasons. To start, the website and booking was very easy to maneuver through. Pick up at the train station was seamless and the facilities were clean and all staff there were friendly and helpful. We had the best tour guide because he was so knowledgeable, friendly and very funny. My favorite part of the trip was All of it. From the Ryman to the Hall of Fame and all the sightings and neighborhoods in between, for the money it was so well worth it. Take this tour early on in your vacation as it helps to get your bearings in this very large city. You will be happy you did. Thank you Leonard and thank you to the gentleman inside the train station who checked us in and helped us with maps and destinations we wanted to see that were not on this tour. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
