Pick-up also in Airbnb in every local in Porto center (apartments or hotels), please advise the FULL address of your accommodation.
The pick-ups are made between 8h and 8h30. The customer will receive the exact pick-up time the day before by email, text, or WhatsApp.
Also, note that may be asked to meet us on a meeting point close to the accommodation so it will be easier for the guide to do the pick-up.
If no address is given for the pick-up more than 24h before the tour (the reservations who pay for that option), they will be redirected to the meeting point without any previous contact.
And they will not have the right to be refunded for the extra they paid for pick-up.
The pick-up at the accommodation is only for customers that bought that option.

Our groups per vehicle can go up to 30 people
Seating for children is available, they are not allow to go on the laps
The pick-up at Hotel is only available for the ones that choose the Pick-up included option.
For the ones that choose the pick-up included option if the address is not given more that 24h before of the tour they have to meet the guide on the meeting point.
The ones that book Portuguese tours, may have to do the visits in English to the wineries
Since they request a minimum number to provide a tour in Portuguese language, if they do not reach it you will have to join the English tour
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

We had a really good day out. We enjoyed the wine and port tasting and the education that came with it. It would help if they taught us the technique to tasting wine and more information on the flavor profile of the wine we were drinking. The port tasting was much better in this regard. Our overall tour guide and quite inexperience and it showed, reading from a script and lacked passion. We had to argue to stop on the two hour journey pack to allow a number of passengers to go to the toilet. The itinerary timing on the webpage was not consistent with what happened on the day. With that said, we enjoyed the day, it was good value for money and we learnt.

The first winery tour was very informative--probably the most thorough explanation of the wine-making process I've ever heard. I would highly recommend this tour.

We had a great day with Maria (our guide) and a bunch of us.
Having done a few small and private groups tours in the past, I was expecting a great day. Maria made the day way above that. She was informative professional and passionate. This allowed our group to learn so much more and have a fantastic day.

The Wine tasting and Lunch were really good but slightly disappointing with the cruise. Not a traditional boat which was the impression of the info when booking and it was more of a reservoir trip than a river trip.

Tour guide did not give a tour. She didnt say anything at all. Driver was fine. Winery tour by the winery was wonderful. Probably wouldve been better going without your guide

Had a great day at the Douro Valley with tastings. Igor is a true ambassador and a fun presenter. Vitor is an excellent driver and kept us safe on those narrow streets. Only negative if the day, lunch was served after 3 pm after being picked up at 8:15, no where in the reservation did it say that eat big breakfast or pack food, you will have to wait for 7 hours and do tastings on empty stomach! Sentiment of at least 12 others. The bread baskets at lunch table were gone in seconds!! Lunch should be served at 12:30 and no later.
