We missed the beginning of the tour so we had missed the cable car with the group but Elvis was so accommodating that he brought us up to the cable car entry and got our tickets sorted with no fuss, the tour of old town was so informative and our tour guide Elvis also went around the city wall with us giving us so much information . Brilliant tour guide , a lot of steps but worth it.

This was the perfect introduction to Dubrovnik. Our knowledgeable and friendly guide provided valuable information and insight for first time visitors. The scope of the tour was easy-to-traverse and a wonderful starting point for us to proceed on our own.

The group was too large. Moved along too slow. Stood too long at places. Microphones were difficult to hear, so missed a lot of the history. Tour was combined with another tour which required more waiting. We left early.

Liked booking this because the person/vendor bought all my tickets which was convenient. Our guide was Elvis and he was very good. Lots of knowledge and tidbits to share. Cable car did not have a line. I booked because they said this would be a tour with 18 people max. But it was not that. After the cable car we picked up more people becoming 25+ for the walking tour. That’s not the tour I wanted. By city law any tour of 20+ people requires headphones so you can hear your guide. Be warned - bring your own headphones. The headphone/audio version they give you is scratchy and not loud (even on the highest setting). If you are alone it’s fine. But this is Dubrovnik with 100 other tour groups and background noise. So Elvis had a lot to say but I could only hear him half the time. I did like that this included our city wall tickets which can be used on your own at any point. Don’t use them after the tour. It’s too hot and crowded. Use them the next morning for a better experience.

The " old town walking tour " was supposed to be 3-4 hours and then the city walls. We started at 9.10 am and by 11.00 am we was finished including the cable car ride! The guide Marina didn't have good English and we couldn't understand her most of the time. I don't know if that was her or the audio equipment. Therefore we started the city walls walk/tour on our own at 11.00 am. What a waste of money. The tour cost £94.00 and rest assured I will not be booking with this company again.

My guide Katarina was fun and amazing. As someone who was born and bred here, she’s passionate about her city. Had a wonderful time getting to know the place and even gave some great tips on how to explore the city. I would certainly recommend doing this tour with her !
