We offer convenient pickup services from the majority of hotels situated in the hotel zones of Cancun and Riviera Maya, or alternatively, we can arrange a meeting point near your specific hotel in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum.
For guests staying in Boutique Hotels, Hostels, or Condominiums, we will identify a nearby location to serve as a meeting point. To assist us in this process, kindly provide us with your hotel location, and we will assign the nearest meeting point accordingly.

Please be aware that the pickup service is available only in Cancún and the Riviera Maya. For guests in Playa del Carmen and Tulum, we will assign a convenient meeting point.
Please note that the entrance fee to Chichen Itza is not included. We recommend bringing cash for beverages, and optional lockers and life jackets.
The use of lifejacket in the Cenote is mandatory

A very nice tour, with the right amount of time at each of the three destinations when the weather is hot. The three destinations provided a nice sampling of attractions for a one day tour. The tour is well organized and was on time, and the guides were personable and knowledgeable. The included lunch was better than expected.

We really enjoyed this tour. I felt very safe and the bus was brand spanking new. Our guides Ulises and Rey were wonderful annd knowledgeable and our driver, Mr. Garcia was very professional!! Chichen Itza and the Chichikan cenote a beautiful and refreshing experience. Bring snacks as it is a while before you eat a yummy Mayan buffet. I would definitely go with this company again!!

Favorite part of our trip! Martín is a great tour guide and extremely knowledgeable about Mayan culture. His personality really made the trip that much better. Make sure to bring extra cash, water, and an umbrella in the summer months.

Really great tour ! Guides were super nice and funny, speaks Spanish, English and Mayan, can also say “Hello” in many more different languages than I can count ! The explanations about Chichen Itza and all the other places begin inside the bus even before we arrive so we know more about the places. Would recommend for all the couples and group of friends out there who wants to have a good time in really beautiful places.
Also buses are really comfortable (even for tall people), has A/C and storage spaces overhead for your belongings. Bus was on time and safety tips were given by the tour guides!
If you have a chance to ride with these guys, you’ll enjoy a really memorable day !

The tour was very well organised!
The driver Mr. Garcia, and the tours guides Ulysses and Rey did their best to make this tour a great experience!
My friend and I especially enjoyed swimming in cenote, it was so refreshing! Another benefit is that lunch was included to the tour - it was delicious!
One thing I would change is allocating more time for Valladolid (we had only 30 minutes); I suggest at least an hour/two hours.

Alfredo guide was great
It was a very hot day
They provide one bottle water, not enough for few hrs
Ac was good in front and back was hot
Not fair for all of us sitting in the back half
Too many marketing stops than required
They did not have Westin lagunamar resort as pick up spot but still they came to pick us up ( only Westin was included)

The cenote was amazing! It had catfish and guppies inside and we got to spend an hour and a half there. Fantastic experience.
Chichen itza was a very impressive structure, definitely worth a visit.

Martin and Carlos were exceptional, patient and very knowledgeable. This was a safe and friendly tour, will 100% recommend just make sure you are prepared for the tour and take the right things.

Excellent tour! Don’t miss it! Our guide Rey kept us entertained with history about the Mayan culture and details about the destinations. Our guide Ulises was also on the bus, and both of them helped ensure the tour was right on schedule. When we got to Chichen Itza, Ulises was very knowledgeable about the ancient city and answered all of our questions. Chicken Itza was so cool to see, and it was exactly what we were looking for as an excursion from our stay in Cancun. The Cenote was SO much fun to swim around in and jump off a small platform into the water. Overall, the tour was very very safe, comfortable, and well-paced. Lastly, a big thanks to Mr. Garcia the bus driver for a smooth, comfortable ride!
