Always looking for a different view and perspective of NYC. Done all the other night viewing platforms so the Edge was next!
This was well worth the admission. We were there from entry to exit for 1.5 hours. The small exhibition as you walk through the entry is part of the queue control but also extremely informative and interesting.
At the top, there is an indoor viewing space, particularly useful when they close the outside due to weather, but on a good day (like today) it’s a precursor to the amazing outside viewing.
Outside is fantastic, the views of the Empire State, Central Park and downtown are phenomenal.
The best bit for me was the glass floor section!

I’m so afraid of heights, coming to see this place is really not my forte but we have to take my brother and sister in law to see the view of Manhattan because there here only for a couple of nights so this is the best place to see Manhattan in one shot.

Great experience overall. The app wouldn’t open the tickets though which meant a delay as had to get the tickets printed off.

I saw when I booked that 1 photo was complimentary when buying the 4 tickets but I’m unable to get any without paying. Where is the disconnect?

Cameron at Priceless Concierge on the first floor in the mall is amazing!!!!! Buy your tickets through him. He is so kind and works above and beyond to fit everything in your schedule. Buying through him lets you skip the line also. He should be promoted for such excellent customer service!

They book you for a certain time then make you wait on line for over an hour after you check in. Would not recommend.

It was a great experience HOWEVER I booked my ticket for 6:20 I waited in line for over an hour. They did mention that there was a 30 min wait. While in life there is no air conditioning no access to the restroom unless you want to completely get out. It would be nice if they would communicate about longer wait times due to elevator issues or other. Communication is the key to success and for visitors to understand why it’s taking so long. This would prevent the staffing to getting yelled at. Let me also warn you it’s a bit cold/windy as well so dress warm. I came during May 12 on Mother’sDay. Otherwise I would recommend this attraction. It’s beautiful views.
