Ikeas cafeteria makes this joint looks like an upscale restaurant. This is not worth the price and we are are arguing to get our Lounge passes back. The food is made with the cheapest frozen veggies and the one main hot dish looks like it was made with dollar tree ingredients. Never have I seen a dish served to people using 25 cent ramen noodles in a “pasta salad”. The food was so bad my friend and I ended up snacking on Doritos and drinking Jackson trigs wine because that’s all they got. Seriously this is an insurmountable disappointment. Downright insulting. Never again. Save your money.

What a disappointment...canned soup cheap local beer with only two selections. Hot food was a joke...all chick pea recipes, with bad Indian spicing.. Run away...staff mostly chatted by themselves...seemed more interested in making sure you pass was valid. I would expect that ordering a burger and fries would be to much...

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting a variety of decent airport club lounges. This one was not one of them. Value- should be priced at $20CAD. Priority Pass group and Westjet should separate themselves from this lounge until they improve. I gave it two (2) stars because it is if nothing else quiet. Bathrooms - none inside - need to go out of lounge in airport hall on a different level. Food- 3 hot dishes only. Next to no food or snacks. A) hot teriyaki chicken stew with rice - good B) hot vegetable medley - terrible and the most overcooked colorless food I’ve ever seen C) sandwiches - tuna or egg salad wrapped and badly squished D) toaster available but no bread E) No bread, no fresh veggies or dip, no fruit, no granola bars or cookies, no soup. F) machine coffee (van houtte) G) Snacks - communal jar of potato chips and jar of doritos!! H) Alcohol drinka - seemed watered down. And cleaning sponge left in beer tap (hello health board?…). No cranberry juice. Just orange. No idea who manages and supplies this lounge. Good location for US departures, just terribly serviced.

This lounge is the worst I have ever been to. No one at the front desk upon arrival had to wait over five minutes to be checked in. Food is mediocre and the service is atrocious. If you need something to drink often, you’ll stand there for one or two minutes before somebody even acknowledges that you’re there. I come in because with my status, it’s free access, and that is the only reason. If I had to pay for this, I would be pretty upset.

Well can say this isn’t an overly impressive lounge. For the amount of money it costs per visit, you could go have a nice warm breakfast at one of the airport restaurants, and be further ahead. Eggs were barely warm, hash browns overdone, cookies hard as rocks. Most of the selections for pastries weren’t out, could request if you wanted. Also Christmas carols Mid-January?Toronto lounge puts this one to shame. The staff is kind, there is a coffee machine, and it is a quiet place to relax, but don’t really recommend.

It was a domestic part and the worst place ever. I have travelled more than 30 years so far and used different lounges all over the world. This premium lounge was the worst and dirtiest place in my personal experience. I paid C$180 for one selection of food and poor services. Time: 4:30pm to 7:00 (Aug 25.2023) 1) Hot food: Only Rice & Chicken stew(?) 2) No soup refilled since I got there. 3) French fries? (Previous one) other hot dish section was empty and left over ingredients. 4) Food service area was terrible and very dirty to take food. 5) Desserts: The staff opened the cupcake box which bought from markets. 6) Toilets: Only one was available for Mens, but even the one was stuck with papers and others. For 3 hours I did not see any body to check the toilets and replace papers. My son could not use it. Is that a premium services? This is an awful, terrible and unhealthy experience whole my life. I do not want travellers to have same experience as us, so Im writing down before anybody decide to purchase it.

I have been here numerous times as I travel for work. The process to get in is very odd and cumbersome. They take your phone from you then do various tasks to try and get you signed in. The tables are always dirty and the chairs are all worn out. The bathroom door actually has a handle off an outdoor fence gate to open it. The food is always the same and very little of it. The warming trays are ALWAYS either empty or close to it. You can tell the people running it do not care whatsoever. It’s the only Westjet lounge in that Airport so they kinda got ya cornered. They should be embarrassed

This lounge is very disorganized and poorly run. My last visit to the lounge I had to download an app for them to scan my voucher. Upon entering the lounge the tables were either dirty or occupied. The food selection was either an East Indian curry dish or a pasta salad and the pasta was dry and hard. There were no sandwiches available either. Even soda crackers are not in packaging. To me there is evidence of poor food hygiene. Trying to get a glass of wine took me over five minutes, as there was no one at the bar and I could see the gals in the back doing nothing. In addition, instead of offering guests bottled water or cans of juice or soda, the lounge now only provides water from a container and soda dispenser. For the cost of using this lounge, you would think there would be better quality foods and beverages available. Don’t waste your money!!! If you are fortunate enough to have a free entry, know that it is nothing fancy.

As others have said, the decor itself is looking rather tired (ripped upholstery) but the atmosphere was quiet. I was pleased with the complimentary alcohol and alcohol service was done with a smile (two types of draft beer, red or white wine and house brand high balls). The food however left something to be desired, and although most of the staff were friendly, it was clear that a few of them had little pride in their work. It appeared that one server was doing most of the work, while the others chatted in the kitchen. Very often there was no one at the bar or the front check in desk. leaving customers to wait for someone to grace us with their presence. During a two hour stay, I watched as the drinking glasses and coffee cups were depleted several times. Staff only refilled them after being asked by customers, and only once politely and professionally, the other time it looked like an inconvenience as cups were passed over the counter with their hands inside. The food was set out haphazardly, spills remaining on the counters for the entire two hours. Other food such as salad bar and very dry looking croissants looked as if it had been thrown out there, at no time was it tidied up or refreshed. The selection of hot food was poor, rice and beans, chicken curry stew, and a very watery soup. Sandwiches are kept behind the counter and if I hadn't seen them being delivered, I was never offered one. Once I asked, three others came up and said "I'd like a sandwich too". Prices were not displayed for entry. I had received an email from Edmonton Airport that rate was 25% discounted, however I dont believe I received a discount. I paid $49.34 for two hours, and it appears regular price was $50 (although I'll never know because prices are not given online either). I got my money's worth in drinks but probably wouldn't do it again. Very little of interest for families with children.
