I waiting for my refund, because I paid the ticket for the top of the tower and the guide bought the ticket only for 2 nd floor, i will appreciate it if you refund me the difference of 4 tickets.

Liz our tour guide specifically checked numerous times so we could get to the top floor she was very informative and she made each of us feel special

Disappointed that the trip to the top floor was not available but still worth going.
Skip the queues would have been better…..it was very busy..

This tour got us access to all the areas but it was not guided or any faster than just showing up. Could have just shown up on our own time and bought tickets instead of doing this and we'd have been better off both in time and money. Plan for a three hour time and that's rushing it.
The guide has not pre purchased any tickets so once we got through security, we waited in line as a group until the guide bought tickets. Really poorly done and reflects poorly on the tour company.
This "tour" was really just the chance to show up and wait in line while a local person read Wikipedia to you. This wasn't helpful and because you always show up early and plan around events, booking this tour cost us a lot of extra time.
Do not recommend. Plan ahead and buy a timed ticket in advance from the official site. If you can't do that, show up on the day and read Wikipedia and watch YouTube while you wait. It'll save time and money versus going on this tour.

If sunset is 905 the tower will not twinkle until the top of the next hour. Just some advice when booking a time and you want to be up there when it does. It was a great experience I am glad I got to see.

Really long queues but at least Ellen was able to make it interesting and informative - when there, the views are spectacular, well worth checking out.

The view were mesmerizing!Unfortunatelly,it was rainy and cold. Our guide,Angelina,was very sweet and knowladgeable. We had to stay at a very long queue but she made it easier telling us fun facts and the history of the Eiffel Tour.

Very nice explanation in brief given by Ekattee. We can still collect 300 people worked for 225 - 2 years 2 months and 5 days to build Eiffel tower
