This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: El Yunque National Forest, El Yunque National Forest, Puerto Rico
We visit the East side of El Yunque Rainforest to enjoy a 25-minute hike to the first waterfall. There you can enjoy the landscape, swim in the water, rope swing or free dive from multiple heights. Further up after a 15-minute hike, there is another watering hole with a natural rock slide and cliff jump into the river. Learn of the history of the rainforest, iguanas, guava trees, bamboos and 100 year-old trees. This is an adventure good for those looking to enjoy nature and an a very authentic Puerto Rican rainforest experience. We end the trip by having lunch at a local small family owned restaurant that serves authentic home-style food (not included in price). Good physical condition required as hike is in pure nature, muddy and fun. Our team of local guides focus on showing the best of the island for an unique local experience.

Safety is our priority, in order for you to enjoy the experience to its fullest we may have to slightly forward or delay your start time after reservations are made, to avoid heavy flow of people and betterment of the experience. The notification will be sent by email the evening prior the tour.
** If you're traveling with a group but reserved your space separately, you have to notify us that you're together. The chances of being assigned to different tour guides are high, and changes can't be made on the day of the tour **
We recommend shoes that you won’t mind getting wet and muddy, that have a good grip and thick sole. Sneakers, water shoes or hiking sandals that cover your toes are the best option. Be mindful that sandals, flip flops, croccs or slides are not allowed as it can be dangerous once wet or muddy.
Not recommended for non-physical active participants
Participants with; Walking limitations, Overweight Issues, Permanent Injuries, Recent surgeries or not physically fit are NOT recommended as a good physical condition is required to complete this experience.

Jonathan was a great and entertaining driver. Saharan was an awesome tour guide. Definitely recommend this tour. An experience recommended for the adventurous.

Zoay, our Tour guide was phenomenal! We had such a fun time. This is truly an adventure. My fiancé and I had an excellent time! We were in awe of the nature and the rainforest! My fiancé (m, 330lbs) and myself (f, 215lbs) were able to make the climb to the upper water fall slide, but don’t be fooled! It wasn’t easy, rock climbing over 8 feet tall walls of slippery rock! Definitely not for the faint of heart, but we ain’t no quitters. Our ankles and knees hurt, but nothings broken! Maybe bring ankle braces if your ankles are fragile. It’s tough after you get to the first waterfall, but it is an awesome spot to hang out or hang back if you aren’t up for the climb! The first ascent is fairly manageable for anyone, maybe don’t bring great grandma but a tough grandma could make it. Beautiful, and totally worth the epic adventure! BRING WATER SHOES! NO FLIP FLOPS OR SLIDES! And for the love of god, do not go barefoot. They did have some water shoes for sale at the base of the trail for $20 or under, and they saved our lives!!

Patricia was great! She made the tour very enjoyable! I would definitely recommend to others this tours, the hike adventurous and the cooling water of the stream was just what I needed!

Fabian and Patricia were FANTASTIC! Best day of our vacation and Patricia was attentive, patient, and very knowledgable about the area. I would absolutely do this again, especially with them guiding me.

Gian was an amazing guide on this trip, he guided us through tricky paths all with humor and much knowledge of the land. He took great photos and was really encouraging when I got scared on the cliffs! 10/10 recommend!
