Really great all day tour. My Segar was our driver. He’s so delightful and helpful with recommendations and answering our 1000 questions we had for him. The tour itself was a fantastic opportunity to see different parts of the country. We really enjoyed it.

While some of the individual components of this tour may not be worthwhile on their own, the combination of activities makes for a really enjoyable day trip from KL that lasts about an hour. I’d like to give particularly high marks to Mr. Chandran, who was an excellent tour guide who really enjoys his job. He was punctual, a cautious driver, shared a lot of information about his country, and answered all of our questions. At times he guides you through specific activities and other times he gives you free time to explore on your own. We started at the elephant sanctuary, which is a really lovely program. You have the chance to feed adult and baby elephants bananas and sugar cane (for cheap purchase) and then see a brief show where you meet four of the elephants and learn more about their stories. Deerland provides an opportunity to see and feed some deer, and to see some other animals species, but might not knock your socks off. The Batu caves are or course a must see, and you are given free time here to explore on your own. A subsequent viewpoint (take the tram to the top for a small fee) gives an opportunity to meet two types of monkeys, but isn’t really a highlight. After a seafood dinner, the evening ends with an enjoyable nighttime boat ride to see fireflies illuminating the trees. All in all a fun day, pricey yes, but you are basically paying for a private car and tour gude for 12 hours so it’s worth it.

This tour company is unsafe for women travelers. I have traveled solo to 75 countries and this is the first time I have ever had this experience. First, there is no actual guide for this tour only a taxi driver. I was inappropriately touched by one of their "guides" John who also goes by Kumar. I was also made to undress in front of him despite my repeated requests to be taken to a washroom to change my clothes. I booked the 5 in 1 tour with this company that including the Elephant Sanctuary, Batu Cave, Deer Land, Silverleaf Monkey and Fireflies and my "guide" was John. As soon as I got in the car, the guide began touching my hair despite my discomfort. He asked if I had a husband and I said yes thinking that would make him leave me alone. After the first stop, I was sweating because it was hot. He began to touch my back and pulling on my bra several times and demanded that I change in the car because I was wet. I refused and asked to go to a washroom. He let me go to the washroom this time and I changed. At this point, he made me take a picture with him so he could send to his friends to show off his Indian girlfriend. At the second location, it rained and my clothes got soaked. When I got in the car, he demanded that I change in the car in front of him. I asked him several times to let me go to a washroom to change. This time he refused and would not drive the car until I changed in front of him. Because I did not know my surroundings I had no choice but to undress in front of him. Because my entire clothing was soaked, I had to take off both my top and my bottom which left me only in my underwear. I cannot say enough how dangerous this company is. Please avoid at all costs for your safety.

My only criticism would be related to the booking date. I was asked to move my tour to another day with 2 days notice due to a holiday and some of the itinerary attractions would be closed. Wouldn’t the holiday date and the related closures have been known when I booked?

An amazing day out, exactly as described and the experience was simply outstanding. Highlight has to be the elephant conservation centre, wonderful to spend time close to the elephants in a peaceful and happy environment. Excellent food during the day, sustains energy levels during the 13.5 hour trip. Well worth it, and massive thanks to Chandra for his wonderful hosting, expert knowledge and for safely driving us on this epic tour. Don’t hesistate to book if you are going to be in KL.

Do not take this tour. Highly highly over priced for what you get. It started with our guide (who was not even a guide. He was only a driver) picking us up and we had to pay extra on top of the 700usd we paid because of the airport pick up. The guide refused our usd because he claimed the bills were too old. Moreover we had requested a large van as we had suitcases and 5 big people. One senior and one cancer patient among us. The van was small and the driver had to put seats down to accommodate our luggage leaving even less room. And furthermore he refused to let any of us sit in the front passenger seat because he had a his personal stuff on the seat. So we were all cramped into the back. He offered us some warm water bottles after a few hours. He was not a tour guide. He was only a driver that dropped us out at places. It was so hot outside and we could not find our driver for a while and had to wait in the extreme heat for him to appear. With a senior and a cancer patient this was crazy. We cut the tour short as it was awfully cramped and unpleasant vehicle and mean driver. The tour group did not refund us any money as they had promised lunch and dinner. As well we did not use the tickets for any of the paid parks and they did not refund this either. Beware beware. Do not take this tour and waste your money.

This was a long tour but so much fun and variety. We started the morning at Deer World and got to feed the deer and see other exotic animals. Then we got to go the the elephant sanctuary where you can feed the elephants for a small fee. We ate a tasty lunch at the sanctuary before heading to Batu Caves. We got plenty of time to explore the Caves and buy souvenirs before going to see the monkeys. You can pay to feed the monkeys for a small fee as well and they are much more friendly than the ones at the Batu Caves. Dinner was at a local seafood restaurant and all of the food was delicious. The seafood was extremely fresh and for those that don’t like seafood the omelette and vegetables were also delicious. After dinner we had time to relax for a bit before heading to the Firefly boat ride. After a quick drive we were in the water looking at the beautiful fireflies that almost didn’t seem real! 10/10 would recommend this tour. The guide was extremely accommodating ensuring we were all comfortable especially in the weather, and gave us plenty of time at each stop.

We had a fantastic tour with John! We started out feeding deers and seeing other wildlife before visiting an elephant sanctuary which was easily a highlight of our entire trip to KL! You get to be face to face with these beautiful creatures and even feed them. The Batu Caves were also beautiful, followed by a delicious seafood dinner. Finishing off with a nighttime firefly boat tour was the perfect cherry on a long but very rewarding day!
