Itinerary
Enjoy this 3 hour / 5-mile round-trip kayak tour of the beautiful Black Canyon. You'll arrive at Willow Beach where your U.S. National Kayak Champion guide will get you prepared for your amazing day ahead. You will enjoy this amazing experience in a small group, limited to 12 paddlers. When paddling up into Black Canyon scour the banks to be the first to spot Desert Big Horn Sheep, or look above and see if there are any Bald Eagles. Your first stop will be one-mile up-stream at a historical overlook, that will give you awe-inspiring views of the legendary Colorado River (5-6 min. hike). Your guide will explain the history of what the river was used for close to 100 years ago! Finally, enjoy the beautiful green waters of Emerald Cave. Guaranteed fun included!

Justin, our guide was terrific! He had a solid amount of knowledge and was good at the story telling! Brought water, fruit and snacks for everyone and took some fun pictures. All 7 of us had a really great time and look forward to returning!

Fun experience and guide was very knowledgeable in a fun! I would recommend Robby as a guide! Would definitely recommend this trip! Good to get away from Vegas at least for a day!

It was 98 degrees and we didn’t notice because we were on the water in our kayak on the Colorado River ! We splashed and just enjoyed the beauty of the West! Our guide was so great! Clayton told us about some of the flora and fauna and helped us in and out of our kayaks as none of us were experienced or athletic types😀. We paddled about 5 miles total but it was smooth water and very easy for us . We were 3 couples in our 50’s. And like I said we were inexperienced and not in the best physical shape but we did this trip and it was so great to get outside and break up the week with an excursion away from Vegas. Loved it ! Will do it again next time!

Jonny was such a fun guide! He truly wanted this trip to be fun and low stress!! Clearly he loves what he does. I’m ready to do it again😊. Such gorgeous country we paddled through - clear cool water.

We had a great time. Waiting for the cave a bit to long and baked you in the sun to much. The views were beautiful and saw big horn sheep which was a plus.

Our guide Big Johnny was amazing! He was entertaining, knowledgeable, and a blast to be around. The views were outstanding and the cave was unbelievable!

You’re out there with other tour groups, so it can’t get crowded and confusing. Keep a top of your tour guide and van also great exercise outdoors on the water. The water is clear and cold.
