I didn't receive my tickets in my email and so we a party of 9 had hard time getting into the building. To make things worse, my card was charged twice. I am now trying to get a refund. Very bad experience.

The expense of the tickets helps maintain the attraction. We purchased tickets to the 102ND & 86TH Floors + MUSEUM. I will admit that the elevator going up to the top deck was a little scary - for me, not my family. I liked visiting at night to see the city lit up.

It is insane to be standing out side 88 floors up in the sky. Better off being on the ground. Better off sitting on one of the double decker buses and enjoy the city. Being up in a building makes no sense.

Well organized, no waiting, interesting pictures, movie clips in the museum. Had great views even with rainy weather. We even bought 2 photos they took with different views of the building. Even better than my imagination. Great staff.

Obviously fab views as we visited on a sunny Saturday in May.

Amazing panoramic views
Did not expect it to be as good as it was with little snippets of the workers building it.
The interactive lifts and the views up the top were brilliant. Little drink and snack stall at the top the guy was very friendly and very well priced. We took the stairs the last 4 flights (wasn’t told each flight had 3 sets of stairs I thought I was going to pass out and I’m not unfit!! So wait for the list guys don’t make the same mistake lol.

We went at night and were able to see the city all lit up and it was incredible. My 12 year old son's first time to NYC and in a skyscraper and it was magical for him. Being right in the middle of the city, we could see all the landmarks in every direction - the glow of Times Square, the darkness of Central Park, Chrysler building, One WTC - just beautiful.
It was a little crowded on the 86th deck, but we waited patiently for our turn for space to take in great views. Would absolutely recommend.
