I really loved the aquarium it was a great day out with my Dad, Nanna and 17 year old sister.
Pros:
The big tank has lots of interesting animals and I liked sitting and watching them, especially the sharks, manta rays and the big turtle.
The signs were very informative and interesting.
I liked the sea lions 🦭 and jellyfish.
There were places to sit and rest throughout.
It wasn’t too busy so I was able to see the exhibits properly.
I liked the exhibit with the coral and tropical fish 🐠🪸
Cons:
The penguin exhibit made me sad because it was very small and smelly and they didn’t look very happy. I was excited to see them but didn’t enjoy it because they seemed bored and cramped. 🐧☹️
I also wonder about some of the other enclosures and how enriching they are.

I went with my parents and nephew and we were in awe the whole way around - you can easily spend multiple hours here, it's a great place to go for the day and it's located right by the sea.
We had lunch here which was very tasty and deceptively filling as majority of the food comes in pot/bowl-esque containers.
Post-visit: I was actually contacted by the staff who were very friendly and had found my drivers license which I had lost at the aquarium on my visit and were kind enough to offer to post it back to me as well (and I'm across seas!) if that's not top-tier customer service I don't know what is.

As part of a school trip to northern France 🇫🇷, we went to this amazing aquarium. It was well signed inside so you could easily tell which way to go and all the exhibits had English and French descriptions so everyone could get the information needed to get the full experience.
The experience of watching the divers feeding the rays and sharks was amazing and the giant view of the large aquarium was spectacular!

Absolutely brilliant. Really informative. Love the enormous tank. We've been a few times and you've inspired my teen to study marine conservation.

I wish I could live here, it was so breathtaking. It's amazing, it actually takes an hour or 2 to get round unlike others where its done in 20 minutes, even longer if you want to read everything and stand watching for a while which we did!! Not very far from Calais. I can't wait to go back!

Each time I am nearby, I will visit it despite my age. It is sometimes a bit crowded, but I love how they arrange it all and how kids and adults can discover things

Good but not sure it warrants the exorbitant entry prices. The food is awful and the hot drinks out of the machine are vile. The AR activities, the interactives parts and the rays were by far the best parts by far.

With or without kids, we ere the former, this is a truly amazing day out. Well organised, friendly staff and so much to see and be informed. We spent a full day there and our 8 year old was fully engage.
Possibly the best aquarium is Europe, but for leaning with the exhibits, tops.
Parking is adjacent, and several restaurants nearby.
