You timing and service was spot on got to and from our resort very smoothly and in and out customs quickly and the check in was quick and easy.

PROS: I saw the benefits of this service when departing St.Lucia, I was able to bypass the long security line. Verna really had wonderful customer service. There is not a lot of places to sit, so the VIP lounge was nice.
This is just an escort service through the airport, you still need transportation to your hotel.
CON: When arriving I didn’t see the benefit of the service. We were put in an expedited line but other “expedited service” companies were able to jump in front of our group.
